The staff are very friendly and welcoming. My first impression was good until my glass arrived. I was so excited and desperately needed new ones, soooo excited but ended up disappointed. After driving 30 miles plus and you pay to park... Just to see my glasses were Not the glasses I ordered. So 7 days of waiting and a huge inconvenience, wasted money and gas. I'm sure this doesn't happen all the time but it would just happen to me that this does happen to. Either way they made it right by having me wait an additional week at my personal expense and lose. Again awesome staff but my loss in the end and yea I will get my glasses eventually but another 30 miles and parking...

Since my first pair of glasses, I have always had positive experiences with Lenscrafters at the Town Center. This past weekend was no exception. I went to purchase some new frames and within an hour, they were ready (as per usual). However, I never expected to put my new frames on and see even worse than my normal vision. With the help of the personable staff, we found out that my prescription from this year was actually charted incorrectly. I had to return to my university from the weekend, but left it to Lenscrafters to get in contact with my optometrist, revisit the prescription, and send over the proper one so that my frames could be made. Lenscrafters made sure that my glasses were no hassle-- they even shipped them overnight to my address out of state. I appreciated their time, understanding, and sympathy in the situation!
