I have been a patient of Joanne Crenshaw for about 9 years now. I first saw her at the emergency room of Reston Hospital after an accident. I could have lost the sight in my right eye but thanks to her care I am ok. She is very thourough, patient and explains what you need to know until you understand. I am with Kaiser Permanente now so seeing her is not covered but to me it's worth paying the fee to have the assurance of getting THE best care. I absolutely trust her.

Dr. Joanne Crenshaw was an excellent doctor for eye. She and her team of members takes very good care of you. She is very patient and the thing which i liked the most is she explains you what is problem, why we are doing this test, so that we get a good understanding of what is happening.

Dr Crenshaw herself was kind, patient, and great at explaining things in clear terms. I hadn't had an eye exam in 10+ years, so she did a baseline exam on my eyes and explained potential risks. And she helped me decide what glasses I need, now that my Costco readers are no longer getting the job done. In short, I strongly recommend Dr Crenshaw and her team.
