First time at Herman Eye Center. Loved the ease of making appointments online and also all the paperwork you need was available to complete and submit online so it made the appointment move faster. Staff was very nice and went over each step along the way. Dr. Herman was friendly and explained everything thoroughly. Although he may need a gentle reminder of how to let the front know he’s finished with a patient ;) Will definitely recommend and hopefully my new insurance will allow me to continue being a patient here!

I had such a positive experience here! Every single staff member I encountered seemed genuinely friendly and was helpful. My appointment went so quickly and before I knew it I was picking out frames for my very first pair of glasses. I was a little overwhelmed with all the choices, but several of the girls helped me pick out an awesome pair. I am really impressed with the technical integration of the office as well. I filled out a lot of my new patient paperwork online, and was in contact with them through text messages and emails. Overall I would recommend the Herman Eye Center to anyone looking for a great Eye Doctor. Just an added note-the place was very clean as well!

This is my first experience at Herman Eye Center. They were nice and answered any questions I had. While I was there I also set up an appointment for my boyfriend it was quick and easy for me to set up his appointment too. He was able to complete any questions online on their website so it was super easy. I was in and out within an hour. Which is really fast compared to other places I have been. They explained anything I needed and they were also fine with me purchasing glasses online and gave me the information I needed for that. I had a great experience and will definitely go back next year. I recommend to others in the area.

My daughter was sent home from school with one pupil dilated and one constricted which was very worrisome. To make it worse I was in Hawaii. So instead of going to the ER, I texted a picture of her eye to the receptionist at Herman Eye Center and she showed Dr. Travis. He saw her right away and diagnosed the problem and assured me it was nothing neurological. I'm so glad she went there first instead of the ER. Great service and such nice people!!
