My family hasn't been going here long but pretty much every visit has been unpleasant. You never really see the Doc and the assistant that we always get doesn't seem sure about any information she gives. She got frustrated with my child being present and told me I should reschedule at a time where I didn't have to have my child with me. Also, they tell you to come 15 minutes early or else they "have the right" to reschedule you, then they don't see you until 15-20 minutes after your appointed time. I really wanted this place to work out for us but unfortunately it has not and I cannot recommend it to new customers. :(

Since I posted this, they changed their sign in the lobby about having the right to reschedule due to not being there early. ALSO, because I posted a review stating that I was unhappy with the service my family and I received, this office has cut my whole family from their care. I would not have known hat if I didn't walk in myself and ask about my contacts I was supposed to get a call about and never did. They said they didn't call because they never ordered them. Why didn't they order them you ask? Because they "assumed we weren't coming back." Um, unfortunately that's not how it works. Everyone knows how insurance works. This is where we decided to have our yearly check ups that our insurance covers so of course we were gonna stick with it another year. We couldn't go anywhere else and be covered. But they ASSUMED we weren't coming back. Never called to inquire, nothing. Then refused to give me my contact perscription information because they wanted us gone. Because of a Google review. One that I thought was still respectful even though it wasn't positive. So anyway, the manager also told my husband they haven't billed our insurance yet so it could be like we were never there other than our copays but when we called our insurance company about it, they said they did get billed and I won't be able to go anywhere else for a while unless they credit the account.
