They are wonderful with children tho I am not impressed with rescheduling set me back almost a month as if it would have been a inconvenience to set me up for next week to check my daughters glasses there are things that happen that cause us to reschedule it dos not make it your Business By the way I have always had my daughter there on time and this is the first last min reschedule it speaks volumes

My kids have been going to Dr Gainer since my oldest was 2 he is now 16 . Couldn't ask for a better eye doctor for my children.

We are thrilled with how our 3year old daughters appointment went. Everyone there was extremely helpful and patient with all 6 of our children. The office was clean and comfortable. Dr. Gainer exceeded my expectations. The office is obviously ran with organization and thought because we were in and out so fast! I couldn't believe how quick and efficient they were. Now we are just waiting for her first pair of glasses to come in. Can't wait and we will be making appointments for all the kids there.

This Office is horrible, I was working when my daughter had an appointment and the woman who showed my mother options for what glasses were covered totally failed to show her which ones the insurance covered. When I called them about it she was out of town, and when she finally called back she claimed she did. Somehow we was disconnected during our conversation and I figured since I was the one with he issue she would return my call but she did not. I use WV Medicaid and I am a single father she told me my daughter glasses was more because of the prescription. But when they were picked up we was told it was because they were designer glasses. It is their word against my mothers but I do believe my mom, I don’t have the best job and would not pick out a pair of glasses that cost 200 out of pocket when I could get a pair covered by Medicaid. So definitely make sure you accompany your child when you make a visit here and also make sure you listen carefully cause if not they will laugh all the way to the bank.
