When I called to make the appointment, I told them specifically which vision insurance I had - they gave NO indication that they didn't accept that insurance, but simply asked me for my medical insurance information as well 'just in case'. When my son went there for his first appointment the doctor, we waited for an hour before anyone even saw us. Then a few weeks later I looked at my insurance claims - they only billed to my medical insurance (which is complete separate from my vision plan) which did not cover any of the appointment cost. When I called to ask why they hadn't billed the vision insurance plan I had provided, they said 'Oh, we don't accept that plan, so we just billed your medical instead'. HORRIBLE. Do NOT go there - I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for your vision services.

I sought an appt. for a second opinion, with an ophthalmologist who was knowledgeable in both glaucoma treatments and cataract surgery. I was seen by Dr. Chang, who provided excellent medical evaluation, and clear and easy to understand options and recommendations, which helped me in my decision process. The office personnel were kind and helpful, and I was treated with courtesy and respect. My mother was a patient at Everett & Hurite for many years, and received excellent care. I would recommend this practice to any patients.

Horrible answering service. They transfer you Several times and never get you an appointment. I’ve been trying to get an appointment since June and it’s not the end of August. Horrible service

Receptionist and nurses were very helpful. Calm and quiet office. Dr Herzig took the time we needed to answer questions and seemed very caring during exam. Long waiting time, but we didn't mind since there was a nice play area for my two young children.

Everyone is very Friendly, sometimes the wait can be long with that being said I feel that I am in good Hands with Dr. Hall McGee so it is worth the wait!

Poor Custom Service. I went to this location about a year ago to get a simple eye exam to get new contacts. I was going through insurance and gave them my insurance card. The receptionist took my card did something on the computer and handed it back saying it does not have eye insurance covered, when I know it does. It became a huge process in which they had me call my insurance company myself (when they should have been the ones calling, since the phone operator wanted to speak to the receptionist anyway). Finally, after about a half hour the receptionist realized they did something wrong on their computer and it went through fine all along.... Eye exam wen okay. Doctor was nice. Get the bill at the end and realized they charged for extra silly stuff I didn't want like a "contact sizing/adjustment". Called back today to try to access my medical records. I have been calling all day so the last time I called I just let it ring for 15 minutes until I just hung up.
