Got right in with out problem. Dr Johns was quick and effective.

The girl on the phone making appointments was extremely slow and seemed like she had no clue how to do her job. I never got to complete my appointment today because of her repeating the same questions and asking me questions about why I would want to drive so far for a Doctors appointment. I don't feel that I need to explain the reason.. Needless to say I am still in need of a ophthalmologist with a staff properly trained to do their job..
