I have been a patient of Dr. Busquets for 8 years, and the care has always been excellent. I would trust my eyes and my vision to no one else but him and his associates. In the time that I have been a patient, the doctors and staff have constantly and consistently made an effort to improve the patient experience in terms of wait times and scheduling. The staff is exceptionally courteous and professional, and it seems to me genuinely caring. As I said, I would trust my eyes to no one else.

Dr. Busquets and his staff are very courteous and professional. I receive the highest level of care at every visit. Dr. Busquets always takes the time to explain how my condition is responding to treatment. I would recommend him and his practice to anyone in need of an ophthalmologist!

Not trying to cause any problems, but I wish I had a choice of being a little awake, or completely put out. Needed to see an opthamologist for a base line exam because I started taking Plaquenil. Both the staff and the doctor were very pleasant. My only criticism is that my appointment took 3 hours. Nobody should be in a doctor's office for 3 hours.

This is very disturbing this man should never be a doctor. A couple years ago he had the worst reviews ever, but somehow it appears that he paid a company to remove all the negative reviews. The worst doctor I ever went to in my life. He treated me worse than an animal. Shame on those companies that mislead people, they should be sued for misleading the public. As for that so called Doctor I wish you lose your license, and someone must look in to that doctor maybe the state before someone loses his eyes.

Every experience in the office was amazing. Friendly staff and awesome results. Dr. Busquets went above and beyond to take into consideration my military aspirations and conform to the standards set by the Air Force. I am highly appreciative of this and recommend AIO in all applicable situations.

"I arrived a little early in Monroeville and noted the sign that said patients would be taken in order of their appointment time, not their order of arrival ...and they did call me pretty quickly. No long wait. The screening /scanning process for driver's license and Insurance Card had been explained and demonstrated on my previous visit so no problem here. Paid the co-pay by credit card, and got the receipt sent to my email. First eye vision test ,questions about any changes since my last visit 6 months ago, and drops to dilate for a pressure check all very smooth. Coffee awaited in the lounge area-hot ...a good thing. Newspaper to read while waiting for the next test...another good thing. The dye injection was almost painless and photo scans of the retina were quick , but could have been quicker if I had not blinked...my bad. Led by a nice lady to a dark quiet room to await Dr. Busquets . He and his associate were very professional as usual and he seemed very thorough as he was noting the very specific issues with my left eye which had a detached retina and macular damage years ago. I was out in only an hour...very pleased"
