Thinking about having a doctor operate on your eyes can be a scary thing. BUT hearing all of the reviews from friends who had already had the procedure done with Dr. Matthew Niemeyer set me at ease. The staff was friendly, well informed, and so very proud of their doctor. The nurses who did the final preparation for the operation were so friendly, and assuring. I really wasn't worried. I was told i wouldn't remember the procedure at all, even though i would be awake... and they were right. Seemed like a minute, and it was over!!! Dr Niemeyer himself came to me personally before the surgery... and asked if i had any concerns. He smile and genuine concern for his patients would put anyone at ease. I am so glad that i had the procedure done on both eyes. One day apart.... and i am an AWE of what i have been missing!!!! Thank you Dr. Niemeyer and staff... i would not hesitate to do it again if i had more eyes!!!! karen

My in-processing was quick and efficient. A technician took me into an examining room to update specific information about each of my eyes. From there I was taken to another examining room to meet with the doctor. He was cordial and engaged. He asked questions to help him recommend the best technical solution to my vision challenges. He was upfront about the cost side of the equation so I could make an informed cost/benefit decision for myself. The interactions were thorough and professional. I couldn't ask for anything more.
