I haven't attended the appt yet but as for the scheduler, Ronda, I can honestly say I've met few like her. Shes got a gentle sense of humer, and real empathy in the quality of her "phone voice". I also appreciated how she seemed to know my problems personally and wanted to assist. She makes a great inteo and recommendation for the Kitsap Eye Physicians. Thanks Ronda!

I have been seeing Dr. Preston Sullivan for quite some years now, his service is amazing and he is very funny, he is quick with his job and his credentials are very astonishing, would definitely recommend to friends or family.

Arrived prior to my appointment time. Was told after I checked in that they were backed up by 30 minutes. I patiently waited 30 min, 45 min, an hour, and not a word from the receptionist about when I would be seen. Walked out and they didn't say a word. Did not get a phone call asking where I was. NOT going back here and DONT recommend it AT ALL.

The staff and doctors are friendly and I've had good service, but their appointment system is a mess lately. This year, they moved my spouse's and appointments twice in the span of a few days. Then, two (of our past four appointments) we had them tell us they have no record of an appointment --- I have the appointment card in hand, written by them, with the correct date and time, and they tell me it's not in their system. One time they were still able to see me, after I had to wait an extra 20 minutes, but the other time my spouse was just given another appointment for 2 weeks later. This disorganization is unprofessional.

Do not come here if you have financial problems. I had been coming here but also let them know I had financial problems and when I wouldn’t go in I would tell them all I could afford was to pay my bills and rent and out food on our table. Because of this I wasn’t able to come in every week and miss work without pay. Then knowing this they sent me a letter of termination because I don’t come in. I explained that I still need to fix the issue with my eye but I was coming into an extra pay soon but not yet. They still let me go because I chose to feed my family over coming in to see them. So please if you have financial issues don’t come here because they will NOT CARE. They will not give you time. All they want is people to come in so hey can get money.
