I received excellent customer service from Jim today at the Everett Costco Optical. He was so helpful, kind, gave an honest opinion about the glasses options I had and was quick. Hands down the best customer service I've received in a long time and I give him a 5 starts for his service and helpfulness. I had to wait a bit, but that's expected;they're always so busy but the workers were really keeping up very well.

Dr. Rahn is the first doctor to get me clear vision in two years. He was very friendly. Explained my options and showed me what's going on with my eyes. I won't go anywhere else.

I went in a week ago to look at glasses, found a pair that I liked and took a snapchat photo to show my friend. When I came in again the pair was gone but Jim looked at the terrible selfie ( didn't judge either) and was able to read the item number on it despite being backwards, filtered and over my eyeball and was able to locate it at another store. I don't know if they ask about that skill set at the interview but it's a good one. Overall everyone is very nice and efficient at this location but this is the most impressed I've been

Anti-glare coating started coming off my glasses within 6 months. I took them in and the lady working said that it was my fault---I'd scratched both lenses and the coating started failing because of the scratches (even the little 'holes' scattered throughout both lenses. She said they weren't covered under their guarantee. Now, I'm not the best with my glasses but I'm a heck of a lot better with them since I was 12, the first time I got anti-glare coating, and I've never had the coating fail! The real nail in the coffin was that my husband got lenses at the same time from the same place, and he wears contacts so he barely wears his glasses, and his started doing the same thing. Finally got new insurance and the eye doc said "I can guarantee you that you weren't at fault" for the coating failing. It happens sometimes---there's a bad batch or whatever, but that generally the place replaces the lenses free of charge then. TL; DR: Anti-glare coating fails on lenses sold by Costco Optical and they will not replace them.

Amazing customer service very patient and helpful in the decision making of getting your glasses. Purely some of the best customer service I have ever gotten. I also got assisted with my second pair.

Awesome customer service, the lady that helped me was quite kind and gave honest opinions and helped find something I like! However they are quite inefficient when they get busy. They use the "take a number" system regardless of the service needed by customers. So if you are just going here to just pick your glasses up at any times they get busy, you should expect to take a number and be waiting around, behind people that could be getting services that take much longer. I hope to see the progression of efficiency in the future,

The customer service was fantastic. Dr. Chuong worked with me to on several options to help me see more clearly, and there's no charge for follow up appointments! Last year I went someplace else and they were going to charge well over $100 for a "fitting fee", and I've been wearing contacts for over 20 years! This was a great experience.

I've had glasses since I was a kid and was without vision insurance so I went to get my eyes checked here and got fitted for glasses and contacts. The first prescription was obviously wrong so I went back to have them fix it. The second prescription was a little better than the first but my sight was still blurry. I ended up buying glasses out of desperation anyway and decided to go to Everett Optometry where they said it was definitely off, and not just by a little bit. So long story short, I have a pair of glasses that's blurry and bought new ones with the correct prescription. Needless to say, I won't ever be using Costco optometrists again. I'll save my $100+ for someone who can get me the right prescription the first time around.
