After waiting over three hours to see the doctor, I found him to be very condescending and dismissive of my situation. He refused to listen to what I had to say about blurred vision due to a chalazion and mistakenly attributed my problems to having a prescription that was too strong. He became argumentative when I pointed out that I rarely wore my prescription glasses and that the eye tests he was referring to were completed with my glasses on and not off. His only solution to my problem was to invest in a new prescription lens. As my vision was in a constant flux, I opted to get a second opinion. The next doctor I saw did not make me wait and diagnosed my problem immediately. My chalazion is gone and my vision has returned to normal.
