Horrible Horrible first experience for my son. It was so bad that the insurance company even reversed the claim...BUTT Beach Eye care and Dr. Tang decided to keep the $100 because they "atleast showed your son how to put on and take off his contacts" For his first experience he was left with incorrect glasses prescriptions - incorrect contact prescriptions - less $102...and they are fine with that...but wait they did offer to redo the bad eye exam all over...thanks Beach Eye Care...I hope the $100 was well worth the bad publicity I PROMISE to multiply.

I have been to this location 4 times. I WILL NOT be back. Over bookings will having you waiting over an hour past your appointment time, every time. You can tell the technicians whom work here are just as frustrated as the patients waiting, and grumbling over extensive wait times in the waiting rooms they shuffle you to and from. Trust me, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else where your time is valued and respected. 3:30 pm appointment still waiting to actually be seen by Dr. Levine at 5:30 pm. Lame excuse and apology from refraction coordinator.

Saniya Mitha

The staff here is wonderful, friendly and caring. I can't say enough about Dr. Levine. He is so knowledgeable, caring, thorough, great with kids and has the best bedside manner. A wonderful doctor, I would definirely recommend.

Sometimes there is a long wait to see the doctor; but well worth it. Extremely professional operation and they really make sure that you fully understand everything. I am willing to wait a little longer for that kind of service.

Had great experience knowlegable Doctor .

I received wonderful care from the entire staff. They kept contact with pharmacist to get Rx covered!! Dr. Ritenour was personable and caring!

As a former client of his when he served during his stellar military career, I can share with great confidence, Dr. Levine remains the consummate professional who always provides a personal and compassionate touch that is second to none! He makes a visit comfortable and is careful to always make sure you have all details as it applies to your visit and subsequent care, if and whenever warranted. Now Beach Eye Care and it's great facilities are the place for me to go because of him and his great Team.

Staff is very friendly. Dr. Le did an awesome exam

Dr Neatrour will not admit when he has done something incorrectly. And, he won't tell you your options until you have paid in advance the full amount which was over $6000. I had the middle option lasik cateract surgery and the right eye implant was wrong. I got a second opinion, and that eye surgeon didn't know why Dr Neatrour "sealed" the wrong power implant. He could have changed it to the correct power lens before he "sealed" in the wrong power lens. I am so disappointed and don't know what to do because the other surgeon wants to get Dr Neatrour's options to fix the problem. And, Dr Neatrour won't see me until I have paid him in full. I make monthly payments and only have $500 more to pay. It's a shabby way to treat long time patients. I have been a patient for over 15 years.

I was visiting Virginia Beach and had an eye ailment for almost 2 weeks and it wasn't getting better. My optometrist from Texas had me on an antibiotic. I visited Dr. David J. Tang, OD at Beach Eye Care and within seconds he diagnosed me with the "correct" ailment...trichiasis. He had me fixed within minutes and I was on my way. I wanted to hug him! My eye felt so much better and I could finally enjoy my vacation. thank you Dr. Tang and all the others on his team. Great experience!! Wish I could have brought him back to Texas with me to be my OD!!

Beach eye care is like family to me. I had a tramatic eye injury 8 yrs ago, and Dr Jain did my Surgeries that went very well. I have watched them grow over the years. I have had long waits and shorter wait time but I know there is an excellent staff waiting on me.

I have been with Beach Eye care as a patient of Dr. Neatrour and Dr Lipton for a long time and my experience has been excellent . I went nearly Blind and was out of Money and Dr Neatrour restored by Eyesight anyway I could never thank him enough and owe him a debt that Money could never pay. I know one thing for sure Dr. Neatrour is a great guy with a big Heart and I have the Greatest respect and admiration for him. Joesph Wilkins ...............

I have been going to Beach Eye Care for several years and am really happy with them. They are always friendly, I don't wait a long time to be seen and am always satisfied when I leave. I highly recommend them.

Although everyone is very nice and professional, The wait to see the doctor is unacceptable. I feel like the doctor should not stretch himself so thin.

Been there several times and have now gotten my third pair of glasses from there. While the selection isn't the equivalent of Amazon, I've always found nice frames with great service and wonderful doctors.

I had my annual exam today. My review is about DAWN at Holland Road. She was the gal who was helping me pick my new glasses. After leaving I discovered that my car had a flat tire. I called my family for help and while waiting in the lobby, here comes Dawn with a can of Fix

Been going to a different doctor for 10 years, this group took one look and was able to see the issue with my eyes! Thank you Dr. Wilkins- nice to know what is going on!

Gina Gremminger

This is a very professional practice and completely patient-centered. I really enjoyed meeting Dr. Le. I had a medical issue, and she explained it in extreme detail. I was very impressed with the time she spent with me. She seemed to truly care about my welfare. I would recommend this practice to my friends and family!

I had my Lasik done from this office. The office has very relaxing atmosphere, the staff are friendly and very efficient. The whole process went very smooth from scheduling appointments, consultation day, and during the surgery. I find that Dr Payton Neatrour exceeds his reputation of being one of the best Dr in VA with his conscientious, cheerful, and positive personality. He explains well to his patients, extremely skillful in his profession, and explains every steps during procedure. I imagine this is very helpful esp to patients that gets easily nervous. I highly recommend this team for any type of eye procedures. I was -10 on both eyes, now I love my new vision!!!!

Shanelle Houston

The entire staff was friendly and went out of their way for their patients.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I had been wanting Lasik surgery for the longest time, I have(had!) a very high prescription in both eyes, -7.50 in contacts. I was tired of waking up blind every morning, spending hundreds of dollars every year on contacts and glasses. I decided it would be a great time saver and money saver in the long run to just go ahead and get lasik. I did my research and decided to have a free consult here. The customer service and professionalism was amazing. There was one girl that did a tear test that didn't use gloves when touching my eyelashes and face which kind of irritated me, and the techs were talking amongst themselves during my eye pressure test which was kind of annoying as a patient, but I looked past that because I realized they would not have anything to do with my procedure. I work in the medical field and would never just have a conversation with coworkers about going to the club or complaining about my mother in front of a nervous patient? Like what? But anyways... Jennifer the Lasik coordinator is amazing! She and Dr. Neatrour are so professional and friendly. I went home so excited when they told me I was a good candidate for Lasik. On the day of my procedure, I was a little nervous, but the staff in the top office is so so nice and comforting, the front desk lady made me feel so at ease. She really went over the paperwork so thoroughly and made me feel more comfortable, and told me I could do this! The ladies who took care of me before and during in the Lasik suite were also great. I really appreciate the patient care they gave me, and you could tell they were pros and were very experience at what they were doing. My husband was there with me because I took Ativan to feel more at ease, and there was a nice place to wait for him as well as snacks and refreshments. Seriously, they thought of everything! The procedure was so quick and relatively painless. I sat up and could see, I wanted to cry because I was so happy. Recovery was a little tough and uncomfortable, but definitely doable. My high prescription before probably made it take longer than normal people. But I returned to work that tuesday after the Friday procedure. Dr. Neatrour is so so nice and I would recommend him and his Lasik staff to anyone!! This has been a life changing experience and decision for me.

Ryan Taylor

It's a factory place. If you are going just for exam and new prescription you won't be tested by an optometrist or opthamologist, you will be tested by some technician who will spend about 5 minutes 'checking' your eyes in a cubicle. The current prescription they gave me is worse than the last one I had (which was given by an actual optometrist, not a tech) so my vision has done down. If you wanted to be treated like cattle then by all means go see this place.... they only care about the money.

Ryan Cables

I had to wait about half an hour past my appointment time, which really is to be expected. Doctors were great and friendly. But when I ordered glasses, they got shipped to the wrong office and I had to wait a day to get them in. Hours are kind of tight, closing at 5pm which means you cant really go after a work day.

Carlene Simmons

Amazing Awesome , Dr Washler is super amazing, recommend him any day everyday,

Sonya Z Phillips

OMG, I love them. The front desk ladies were so nice and welcoming, the young lady that assisted me before seeing the doctor was very personable and friendly. Dr. Lipton was funny and made me feel so comfortable. Now, my girl Casandra helped me select the perfect glasses for my personality. I just had an awesome experience!!! They even care about the community and were collecting non-perishable items for the food bank.

I had Lasik done by Dr. Neatrour about 10 days ago. I did a lot of research before i chose a doctor to perform this surgery and read a lot of reviews. I also spoke to a lot of friends about their experiences. Dr. Neatrour blew my expectations out of the water. He fit me in the same week as my consultation. The procedure was completely painless and extremely quick. The doc held my head and made sure i was comfortable the entire time. I woke up the next morning seeing 20/20 with no complications. I highly recommend Beach Eye Care! I will comment on a couple of reviews that I read said Beach Eye Care is like a "factory" and there are long wait times. The reason it is like a "factory" is because they have a process that works. Each patient goes to a different station for various tests. Every technician i encountered was extremely personable and patiently answered all of my (many) questions. The wait time did not bother me because I knew I had an apt with the most experienced eye doctor at the beach.

Staff is extremely rude! Don't go here! They just want your money! I received LASIK with Beach Eye Care and after paying thousands of dollars to them my vision began to decline. At a follow up appointment I was informed glasses or a touch up procedure was possible but was told I should monitor it for a year and then see where I'm at. When I called to schedule an appointment to go forward with the touch up procedure they told me the procedure would cost me an additional $2000 dollars. I just received LASIK two years ago and find it very upsetting they kept telling me to monitor my vision till I was outside the one year mark upon which, additional enhancements are no longer covered under your original payment for surgery. I asked to speak with my doctor and Vicki, the receptionist, said he was busy and that I could not speak with my doctor nor could I leave a message to have him contact me at a later time. She then transferred me to a staff member named Lisa. Lisa preceded to lie to me and told me the doctor was not in today and that I could not speak with him but she would leave a message for him to contact me. He has not contacted me! I find it appalling that I could not speak with my eye doctor to ask a simple question about my eyesight and that the staff actually had the nerve to lie to me and completely ignore my request. These people are disgusting and clearly care more about money than their patients.

Consultation took a few hours but was impressed with how thorough they were. Test after test after test. They did not rush through the process. My eye site was horrible. Needed glasses to see distance and close. I could not drive at night. If I lost my glasses I was screwed. So I decided to go forward and so glad I did. Dr Jan is the absolute best in the area. He did some job. I can watch television , drive , read a menu , look at a computer screen or cell phone without glasses. I feel this was the best desision I have made in a long time.. No more glasses and looking like grandpa. I am surprised at some of these reviews. I think some people you just can not please. On a side not the consultation takes time and you might wait a bit. If this is a problem then you might want to re consider. The lasik procedure took like 12 minuites and painless. For me it was well WELL worth the time and money spent. Beach eye care is awsome. Thank you Dr Jan.

What a scam! Be prepared for plenty of attitude while being taken advantage of during your lengthy wait leading to absolutely nothing! How about you guys cut some unnecessary staff? I endured way more than my fair share of gossipping and mocking patients up front with too much OBVIOUS time on their hands. Then, maybe you can afford to not scam hard working, honest citizens. There's an idea for you! UPDATE: I had an encouraging conversation with the manager I'm assuming. She listened intently. I'm giving them a cautious second shot. Hopefully it will be much improved. The Holland location seems to be quite nice. So far, pre-order glow. See how the ordering process goes.

I have been going to Beach eye care for many years, Dr.Lipton and Dr .Dun are very good,it seems in the last year the office staff at first colonial is very rude in person and on the phone.once you get pass them The Drs are great .

Horrible customer service. I have seen various doctors at this office and am let down every time. The doctor sees you for a brief 5 minutes and the rest of the time you are forced to deal with rude staff at the facility. The woman who has fit my lenses on multiple occasions is incredibly rude, especially after I refused to purchases lenses or frames from them. When I called to obtain my prescription to purchase frames elsewhere, I was hung up on. I called multiple times and left messages but they never returned my calls. When I finally got a hold of a human being, the optician was incredibly rude to me and told me to "find a different doctor" who would provide me with my prescription. I was even transferred to a doctor whose sarcasm undermined any professionalism and care the institution claims to provide. They suggested I contact the "state bar" so someone there could explain why Beach Eye Care could not provide me, the patient, with the requested information. All of this, just because I didn't want to overpay for lenses and frames. I strongly advise against seeing any of the doctors in this office.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful when I had some questions about the paperwork. The Doctor was very nice and answered all my questions and listened intently to my concerns. I had my 2 year old daughter with me and she wanted all the candy and everyone was very kind to her even getting her a snack and a drink. Thank you for the great service.

Although the waiting time can be long I think much of this could be because patients do not show up or are late when showing up for their appointment. This practice is very busy and there are many patients and late appointments can really back up the flow. Fortunately I am retired & live very close to Beach Eye Care on First Colonial Rd. I am patient as a patient and willing to continue doing business with Beach Eye Care even though the wait might be long. Most of my visits are either every 2 years or 6 months apart but the more frequent appointments are due to follow up checks from my past cataract surgeries and it is part of what is the best treatment for me personally. All of the tech professionals are very good and especially the doctors & my doctor I have is Dr. Tang but I have had several depending on my different procedures which have been with Dr. Lipton, Dr. Neartour, MD and Dr. Jaine MD. (Spelling)? W. H. Fogerty BTW....my wife also has appointments with Beach Eye Care, First Colonial Rd. And like how she is treated as a patient.

Took one month to get one pair of glasses. Gave the staff my new number five different times - they never contacted me or changed the number in my file. When I called to inquire about my glasses, they continued to put me off (this Wednesday, this Friday, etc). I had to go up there on a Saturday and demand a refund (because I had paid in advance in full) to finally be told that my glasses did come in, weren't done correctly, and had to be sent back out. Now I've been waiting on my refund for two-weeks....My appointment was on February 1st - Today is March 13th and I'm still waiting... The selection is small and the service is terrible. Go elsewhere.

Dr. Le, Gwen, Brittany, Tiffany, and Dan were outstanding! My wife and I enjoyed our first visit to Beach Eye Care and were impressed by the customer care and professionalism demonstrated by the entire staff! I am usually fine with waiting. My time matters. I was as always 10 min early things went fine. Got all my trst done, Then waiting for the doctor. 5 of us in a room for really 3 to 4ppl. I wondered why they were asking if we would like water. Ha. It was because there was ONE hr. Wait. Come on. Text me not to come today. We are over booked. Text me come late. I woke up on 2nd eye surgery. Your watch. I woke up, now My eye has a dimple in it and i have lights galore. The black part is long and shinny. Cat like. Your one gal is so happy my sight is 20 20. What ever. I said blurry. Streaks of light. I didn't bother to tell her the rest. Thank you for not thinking of me and my time matters. Happy times.

Went to Beach eye care after experiencing a flashing light in the right corner of my right eye. My vision had blurred and I was concerned. I told the assistant what my issues were , she noted them and proceeded to take my eye pressures. The pressures were 15 and 16 in each eye. According to the assistant, they like to see nothing higher than a 22 so they were fine. I was sent in to Dr. Lipton's office where I told him what I was experiencing and it seemed to me he was more concerned with upgrading my prescription than with the issues I was having. He concluded the exam and said he wanted to see me the next week. I returned to Beach eye care the following week. The assistant I was sent to asked me my issues and I once again explained what I was experiencing. She then took my eye pressures and they were 22 and 23 in each eye. (23 in my right). I asked if that was a problem with the high pressure number and this different assistant said it was no big deal. I was then sent to see Dr. Lipton once again where I again told him my issues. By this point my vision was blurry, like a haze. When I looked into lights, they had halos around them. I told him all of this, and he proceeded to finish the eye prescription exam he started the previous week and told me if my sight changed to come back. Fast forward 4 to 5 days and I noticed a severe change in my sight. I had thousands of floaters, a streamer in the center of my eye, and the color of what I was seeing through my right eye was like looking through watered down tea. I went back to Beach eye care and told them what I was experiencing. Thankfully I was given another doctor to see. He found I had several tears in my retina and I was immediately sent to a Retinal specialist. He found I had not 2, but 3 tears and a partial retinal separation. I feel if Dr. Lipton would have been more concerned with what I was telling him about my sight, he wouldn't have worried so much about pursuing me to buy glasses from him but have looked further into my issues and saved me from having emergency laser surgery on my eye. While thanks to the Retinal specialist who did the surgery, my sight is not what it was prior. Very disappointed and WILL NOT use Beach eye care for anything nor will I recommend anyone to use them.

Christine Greiner

I went into Beach eye care for an initial eye exam, knowing that I needed glasses for reading. I was talked into purchasing progressive lenses and they sang the Praises of these progressive lenses and the cost was $1,200. My insurance took care of part of it the other portion of it I paid which equals out to be approximately $700 out of pocket but they were supposed to be excellent glasses I could wear them all the time without having to take them off and put them back on for reading or working on my computer. The first set of glasses that I got had a wave in the lens therefore there was a big blur spot and I could not use them, i neve took them out of the store. They ordered me another pair and a week and a half later after they were remade. The second pair I took home tried them for 2 weeks called and told them that they still appeared very blurry I couldn't use them right and they said that there may be a problem with the lens went back and found out that they had written the wrong prescription for the top part of the lens. So they sent them back again and I get them back again a week and a half later and I still cannot see out of these glasses so I tell them that I'm done playing with these progressive lenses that were recommended by them and that they could not get right and they proceeded to order me a bifocal lens which is significantly less expensive and stated that they would not reimburse me any portion of money because I already had them remade three times even though it was no fault of my own. When I told the lady that I would not use their service again she simply stated okay no problem and did absolutely nothing to try to accommodate them messing up repeatedly. If I could give their sales dept less than 1 star I would. They were rude and incompetent. ***Update: I contacted Beach Eye Care and they returned my phone call. I spoke with Steve who was the director explained the situation to him he understood that I was upset he understood my reasoning why and as he stated I bought the Cadillac of glasses and unfortunately that's not what I was going to get. Due to my eyes not conforming to progressive lenses I cannot use the pair of glasses that I purchased however when I asked for a refund I was told that I had to wait and they had to discuss it with the doctor. Finally I got a phone call back as promised and Steve told me that it was taken care of and they were going to refund me a portion of my money that I had paid in.

If you want to have an eye exam that is like a factory, go to Beach Eye Care. You are shifted from one technician to another, and some with bad attitudes, until you finally see the doctor. When I had a follow up appointment with the same doctor in 30 days, I was shifted to another doctor and at another location without telling me. What a surprise when I arrived for my appointment. The whole experience was poor. It should not take 2 hours to get a simple eye exam. I am moving on to a doctor that will work with me and not move me through 3 other people before I finally see the doctor.

The doctors and staff at Beach Eye Care are always so nice and very attentive my needs. I always able to get an appointment when it is convenient for my schedule and office visits are very thorough.

Dr. Jain did my LASIK surgery procedure in October of 2017 and my experience has been amazing from calling to set up my consultation to my now post op appointments. The staff is very friendly and do extremely well with taking care of any and all concerns in an efficient manner. I would do it all over a million times if I had to, but I know I won’t since I now have perfect 20/20 vision!

This practice is far overbooked. It doesn’t matter what time you schedule and appointment you will wait to be seen a minimum of 30-60 minutes after your scheduled appointment. Even when you have an 8am appointment. The only reason I go to this practice is because Dr. Jane did an amazing job on my lasik eye surgery. If they could get their scheduling and appointment times figured out it would be a decent practice.

Great friendly staff! It was a pleasurable experience through the whole process of exam. They have a variety of glasses in stock for just about everyone. Both my 15 month old and I bought glasses from there. I was impressed with the technology of the equipment used during the exam. Time to move on. It’s become a factory and a money making scam. 65$ refraction, 37$ for special dilation and 55$ contact lense fee plus the copay. At least, the poor staff attitude is free. Very disappointing.

I had LASIK done on both eyes recently and I found the entire process to be very easy. Not all of the staff are friendly, but most are very nice and helpful. I never had to wait very long during the presurgical appointment and for the surgery itself, I was actually done ahead of schedule. Dr. Jain did my surgery. He is very soft-spoken and sometimes difficult to understand, so after the presurgical appointment, I had a lot of questions. I called Lisa T. multiple times and she was very patient and explained everything to me very clearly. The surgery itself was great, I couldn't believe how quickly it went. Dr. Jain was very reassuring the whole time. The two people assisting him (I think James and Michelle?) were great. They were so nice and took great care of me. Four hours after I had the surgery done, I had 20/20 vision and felt great. It was an amazing experience. Dr. Neatrour saw me the next day and was so nice as well. It was, all in all, a great experience. I would recommend LASIK to anyone considering it, and Beach Eye Care is a great place to get it done.

I left beach eye care a while ago due to the waits becoming ridiculous. I came back for a lasik consult and am considering doing it with them due to the services here being excellent but the waits are ridiculous. I scheduled an appointment at 9:30 and spent most of the first hour waiting with one minor vision test which only took 5 minutes. When I mentioned to the receptionist I was on a time constraint of 2 hours. She responded “ there are other patients.” I was genuinely frustrated by this response it’s always an excuse with Beach Eye Care about why they can’t be on time and blaming the customer instead of taking responsibilty. I wouldn’t even be upset if i was halfway through this appointment but it’s been an hour and 20 minutes and they have barely even started. Although I will most likely do lasik with them overall they won’t get my business due to wait times and the way they handle them. On the positive side the doctors are kind and the staff in the back are very professional. They loaned me a set of glasses and gave me samples to use to assist me with the lasik consult process. I am thankful for this and grateful but on the regular I can’t afford the time to do business with them. I’d like to add that the back of the house people did apologize profusely for the wait and responded very professionally once I was finally seen and tried to push me through the process as quickly as possible.

Eileen Jones

The wait was extremely long however my technician and doctor were very nice. I was extremely disappointed in the staff that helped me with my glasses purchase. There were several pairs that I tried on and really liked, but the lady laughed in my face and kept telling me they were the wrong pair. I don't think that it was professional nor helpful to have her treat me that way. Also, every time I brought a "designer" pair over, she would laugh as if she knew I could not afford it and act like I didn't even have a shot at such a pair. I ended up getting frustrated and leaving empty handed because I was so discouraged and annoyed by how she treated me.

Rude staff, incompetent to do their jobs as well and i dont say this lightly. In the span of 2 days i had to call this place over 10 times (not an exageration), only to have them either transfer me to the wrong department or to be left to a voicemail they only check every 2 hours. The reason for my call was to get an emergency prescription filled for glaucoma. Pretty serious stuff that can cause someone to literally go blind without it. I gave the department the pharmacy information 3 different times, each time id call the pharmacy and they said they didnt recieve it. I tried calling back and leaving messages, and 15 mins before closing i tried calling again and their phones were OFF THE HOOK. So unprofessional, if you dont like your job that much find another one, your putting peoples lives in danger. Upon calling sevral times the next day i got a very rude woman on the line who wasnt even in the correct department, but at least communicated to the department what to do (which by the way wasnt that hard, they had to just call the pharmacy instead of trying to send the info electronically) . I never got a call back confirming it was sent to the pharmacy, i had to call again, myself. This place is awful and they should reconsider their staff as they obviously dont give a damn about their patients well being. Update: 10/24/16 I was contacted by beach eye care via yelp by a woman named Meri and asked if i could be contacted via phone. I agreed. Over 6 days passed and i hadnt heard anything, which just added to my frustration. I contacted them again and was given the excuse of her being out of the office for a couple days and then being sick. Its fine, i still gave them a chance. Upon being contacted eventually i was greeted by a lot of talking and then asked if i wanted to voice my concerns or have her share her findings with me. I agreed to have her share those findings where she just gave excuse after excuse. First of all she told me that she was short staffed and explained why 3 of the staff wernt there, in detail... ? The fact of the matter is this was a serious situation and it should have taken some kind of priority. Im not even saying top priority, just to make it a point to service us, given the situation. I let her keep talking. Then she basically told me i was wrong about the situation and that the medication had been sent to the pharmacy at 2pm and that she had checked it, even though AFTER 2pm i was communicating back and forth to the pharmacy and the doctors office. So, im wrong apparently even though the pharmacy and the doctors office is telling me they dont know where it is??? Then she asked me if i had been taking care of my grandfather, i said yes. She then made the statement saying "someone hasnt been taking care of him very properly". That ended our conversation as it is common sense not to ATTACK your patients. I then proceeded to tell her she doesnt ever need to contact me again, where she proceeded to try to talk over me. During the begining of the call as well i said something and she completely ignored it and continued talking. The rudest staff i have EVER, EVER encountered. Please take my advice and seek another doctor. I wouldnt recommend this doctor to my worst enemy. Let it be known this woman also questioned what i was trying to get out of the conversation. Well, you contacted ME, asking to talk. So i was hoping for an apology. No discounts, no excuses. Just a promise to do things a little differently next time and make things right. Never happened, and the conversation certainly wasnt going in that direction. She was just trying to defend herself and the company. Its not about that. Its about making things right. This woman shouldn't be speaking to customers because she doesnt know how to talk to people period.

This place is horrible! STAY AWAY and find somewhere else! I told 4 people I was interested in contacts, told them my insurance covers contacts exam and a year supply, got an eye exam then was told it would be $100 for my contact which I have never had to pay in 10+ years. I had to call my insurance myself and figure out when they covered(and I was right) everything seemed rushed in the appointment and no one really answered any of my questions. Regret wasting my time for sure! The insurance company told me that Beach Care called 5/8, my appointment was 5/9 and read to me the note that was written and that they went over all my benefits. So again, I had to call my insurance instead of them double checking as I was explaining to them. Don’t waste your time.
