Dr. Carter maintains a top notch professional charismatic rapport with both the child and parents that is so reassuring and pleasant. He is knowledgeable and caring. I am accustomed to doctors running late. However, when you’re not told at check-in, patients coming in are not told, and the doc is running more than 45 minutes behind it’s disrespectful. That’s simply rude. Courtesy is to let patients know so they are able to rearrange later appointments. Disappointed.
