I have never had a better experience at an eye doctor before. I’ve been going to eye doctors for about 20 years and this was the first time I felt that they genuinely cared. They figured out how best to help us with our insurance so we wouldn’t pay a lot of money. They were kind. They also brought out toys for our little one to play with so she would be calm during the visit!

Awesome place! Went somewhere else before for an eye issue i was having and all they did was give me re wetting drops. Still in pain a few days later and was able to get into Progressive Eye care and the Dr. actually took his time to try and figure out the problem. Told me I had some inflammation under my eye lid and prescribed me some good drops with antibiotics. Pain and discomfort was cleared up in a couple days. I'll never go anywhere else when it comes to my vision.

Great experience here!!! I've had a great experience with Dr. Broadhead, having visited his office multiple times in the last year. Why am just now giving them a great review. While on a 2 week vacation in Thailand, my eye decided to get infected. It was an infection I've had in the past and without immediate treatment, it would not end good. Imagine trying to get your eye treated in a crazy place like Thailand. I reached out to Dr. Broadhead and his staff and they really went out of their way to help me find medication for my eye, and helped me diagnose and treat it. They made a loyal customer out of me for any eye care needs I have going forward. I hope this helps anyone looking for a good eye doctor in the future!

Updated equipment was refreshing in an office that seams small. I went to the Eye Institute and was told I had a freckle but they just hand drew what it looked like. I found out that they actually get to charge more to insurance for the sketch. The image taken at Progressive showed the freckle multi colored and non symmetrical. So I was able to be directed to a specialist because of their dedication to something that provides better health care even though insurance will not pay as much for the service. Dr. Chism seemed very knowledgeable but explained things in a way it was easy to understand.

Everything was great! The doctor was fun and attentive. Didn't like in the beginning how you couldn't opt out of the extra 30 dollar test like usual. Had to directly ask, our insurance doesnt cover it. But we got our eyes dialated and it was fine.

The Dr. was great, the prices for a pair of prescription glasses/no bifocals or anything just a stronger prescription with inexpensive glass frames chosen ($125.00) was over $1,000.00 - my share with insurance was over 500.00 and the rest would be paid by the insurance. (NOT IN MY LIFETIME!) I would never spend that much for 1 pair of glasses. I had NOT chosen name brand frames. To expensive for what they offer, found glasses and prescription lenses alot less than what they wanted. Have better things to spend our money on!!!

Progressive Eye Care has great staff who are very communicative and nice even when you're calling every other day to see if your child's glasses are in yet. ;) There office is always nice and clean and organized, very warm and inviting. The selection of eyeglasses are pretty good. I've never had an issue with them, Dr. Broadhead is very nice. I think we are pretty standard patients, though, who do not have many special needs, so I can't speak to that. We have been happy with them.

Dr. Broadhead is amazing! He is very friendly, and goes out of his way to help. We were in a hurry to get a special kind of lens for my daughter, and have them before our trip. They are so helpful. And the selection is huge. They actually follow up with you and they even gave me their opinion on how my glasses looked. I chose different ones Most places are so non personal and wont treat you like a person. You walk in and they are too worried about being PC I highly recommend progressive in south Jordan

These guys were awesome and very professional. I had a metal shaving in my eye and I called and the receptionist got me in fast at last minute. The doctor was super friendly and got the metal out. I highly recommend these guys. I will be back the next time I don’t wear my safety glasses!

Had an appointment, came on time... Still waited for over 2 hours! Doctor and staff were nice but I did not get any clear answer on the issue I was having. At the end of the day, I was recommended either an over the counter eye drop or a super expensive steroid based eye drop (which would still not fix the issue - just lessen the pain).

I had a eye infection that was not getting better. Picked Progressive from the Internet. The staff is very helpful and made me very welcomed. I saw Dr. Chism. We figured out I was allergic to the eye was taking before. He prescribed a new round of eye drops and they seem to be working. Also they took me in for an appointment the same day which was great. I would recommend them to anyone. Going back to get new glasses also.

Made an appointment and then waited almost a whole hour just in a room. We were taken to a different room and waited another half hour just to be seen by the doctor. The staff were trying to be nice and gave us water because of how long we had to wait but in the end they were pretty much pushing us towards the door. Even though they were the ones who took forever. Very small selection of glasses for women’s and men’s. We decided to get only one of three pairs. Staff kept pushing for us to get all three pairs from them. They were also trying to get my brother to get some frames that didn’t look good on him. Overall I’m kinda disappointed, I’d been here maybe a few months before their renovation and the people were nicer.

I love this place! I switched to Progressive Eye Care when my eye doctor changed clinics, and I'm so glad I did! At my most recent checkup, it was discovered that my insurance only covers checkups every other year, so they went out of their way to give me a discount so I wouldn't have to pay full price for the exam. And when I looked at glasses, not once was I pressured into buying any glasses I couldn't afford. When I decided to look for glasses elsewhere, I actually received encouragement! Will definitely be coming here for a long time.

Very friendly staff. Felt that they over booked and my appointment took a very long time. Was referred by my insurance because Progressive is a preferred provider. Found that pricing was extremely high. I would recommend that you get your prescrition and then go elsewhere to purchase your glasses or contacts. 2 pair of glasses and my out of pocket expense was over 1000.00. Ouch!
