I was very dissatisfied with my son's appointment today. I took my son in for the first time to an eye doctor. His assistant was great with all of the tests then she dialated his eyes and we sat there for thirty minutes waiting for the Dr. He came in looked at his eyes then turned and handed me a prescription for glasses with no explanation of what was wrong with his eyes or what to do next. I managed to get a few questions in while he was trying to get out of the room. Very frustrating to wait that long with no patient concern or information at all. I would not recommend this doctor at all. We will be transferring our records elsewhere.
