Office staff is awesome!!! They are the only reason for the star. Bullajian was rude and impersonal. Waited 3 hours for a 10 min procedure that was done incorrectly. Wait time for any appointment will be about an hour...and fyi

Dr Bullajhan just completed the lens removal and replacement (cataract surgery) yesterday and the very next day I can see 20/20. The vision is still a little cloudy, but that will go away when the eye is no longer dilated. He is friendly, informative and very good at making sure he knows the patient's desires for the end results and he works hard to meet those expectation. He is very skilled!! To the point that even my regular optometrist has said He will go to Dr. Bullajhan when the time comes for him to have surgery. I am 56 and the surgery was elective as I don't like wearing glasses or contacts due to severe allergies and head aches. He is so talented and definitely has a God given skill! I would never hesitate recommending him to anyone!!! Tina McC

Excellent doctor and staff!!! Dr. Bullajian and his staff are beyond reproach from diagnosis, surgery and follow-up. His staff carefully walked me through the procedure and addressed all of my questions and concerns during my office visit. On the day of the surgery, Dr. Bullajian visited me prior to surgery and offered reassuring and comforting words. In addition, the surgical nurses were so accommodating and made me feel that I was the only patient facing cataract surgery. (Because of their care, I was surprisingly relaxed and calm during the 10 minute procedure.) On the day following my surgery, I received a follow-up call from the surgical staff just to check on my status. Dr. Bullajian exemplifies professionalism and his "love"of his job! The bonus is I couldn't be happier with the results of his work.

Dr Bulliajian is a fantastic doctor worthy of 5 plus stars for his demeanor and bedside manor, however the offices are another thing altogether. Not very proficient in my mind. My time is as important as the staff and doctors for that matter. While I have nothing but praise for the actual surgery the office visits are very frustrating and annoying. I nearly left on my initial visit as I was put in a waiting room for over an hour before the doctor came in. On my post op visit I was put in the back very quickly only to be placed in another waiting room where several others came and went, at least four being called to yet another room before I was, even though they came into the waiting room after me. When I questioned this was told they were doing the best they could and I was behind at least 3 or 4 others. On this instance I did leave. If you want an excellent doctor this is your guy but be prepared for unrealistic wait times in the office. If you can do that more power to you.

I had done a lot of research about cataracts and the surgery after my Eye doctor explained that without surgery, he could no longer improve my right eye with glasses, that is when Dr Bullajian came in by recommendation, His staff was very concerned about my concerns and helped me through the process. Today I had my 2nd and final follow-up appointment with Dr. Bullajian. He is such a delight professionally and personally. He gave me fresh new cataract-free lenses in both eyes, and I couldn't be more pleased. He and his friendly and competent staff have been doing this for a long time. He was my husband's cataract surgeon 10 years ago, and he just keeps updating with the latest and best technology and hires and surrounds himself with well-trained folk. He offers to pray with all patients just before the surgery, and when I heard that lovely prayer again yesterday, my heart was once again peaceful. If I could give him 10 stars, I would.

While cataract surgery seems like a terrifying thing to go through, it really isn't. Dr. Bullajian was very thorough with his explanations of what would take place and he talked to me all the way through it, providing me with updates on progress as he operated. Of course, having cataract surgery is frightening, and, although your friends will assure you that there is nothing to it, you still have a bit of uneasiness. Dr. Bullajian and his staff went overboard to allay any fears, both in their professional conduct and in talking with me, explaining the procedure and answering all my questions. As a CPA, I am meticulous and a bit fussy about details. But all the details were well addressed, and I had absolutely no problems. I couldn’t be happier with the surgery, and I am so thankful for Dr. Bullajian! I, too, appreciated the prayer before surgery - Dr Bullajian realizes there's someone higher up who is in charge! The staff at the Surgery Center also did a great job and let you know they were there for you.

I'm very impressed with Dr. Bullajian and his staff. Everything was explained very clearly before the surgeries, and the whole process was very efficient. Dr. Bullajian is always very friendly and upbeat. I am most impressed and pleased that this surgeon offers a short prayer prior to surgery! I now have had both eyes corrected, most recently just yesterday. All pain free, and amazing how improved my vision became almost immediately. I would definitely recommend this surgeon if you are in search of someone to help you improve your vision.
