Dr. Ali has great ratings so I was excited to talk to him about my eye/allergy problems I have on a daily basis because I thought maybe he could help me when other doctors could not. My appointment was at 2:30 PM and I waited for Dr. Ali for more than 2 hours in the dark exam room. Around 4:30 PM it got very quiet and I thought they had forgot about me and went home for the day so I had to search for somebody and when I found one of the medical assistants he apologized and told me the Dr would be in soon. When Dr. Ali finally arrived, I handed him a typed out letter specifying all the problems I'd had with my eyes for the past 2 years. He thanked me for the detail and didn't seem to read everything, as if he was too busy to read it all even though I had waited more than 2 hours to see him. The whole appointment felt rushed and he gave me a band-aid solution by giving me steroid drops for my eyes and allergy drops. No special tests to take pictures of my eyes even though my letter specified I was worried about my optic nerve in my left eye. Also they rushed me out and didn't even give me directions on what they had prescribed me until I asked the front desk lady. They also were so unorganized they didn't even have me pay for the visit and said they would bill me. The eye drop prescription was sent to a this little off-brand pharmacy too which was kind of weird and very pricey. To top it off, when I called back to cancel my appointment the front desk person didn't ask to re-schedule or why I was cancelling so I told her, "by the way, I'm cancelling because you guys made me wait 2 hours for a rushed appointment." I would not recommend this doctor/place.
