They are wonderful.. until there's a problem and then they won't talk to you. My husband and I have been going to this practice for a couple of years and were very happy. Then I had a problem with the prescription they gave me for my glasses. I could not see with them, and I was told "maybe there's something wrong with my eyes!" Really!? The office manager would not speak to me after numerous attempts to resolve the issue. The doctors were unwilling to address the problem. How do you resolve an issue when you are unwilling to talk to the patient!? We will not be going back! My advice - find a practice that actually cares about their patients' satisfaction and care.

The office manger of Advanced Eye Care has been there for 25 plus years and has built a team of excellent workers who have been trained according to medical standards and office procedures. I have only had excellent care and have been treated with the up most respect going to their office. The knowledge and care from the doctors at Advanced Eye Care is greater than anyone in town. Recently I just got my sunglasses and they are perfect. I love the DVF style they carry. Advanced Eye Care has a great selection in their optical. I have gotten sunglasses and eyeglasses here and Christy and Barbie really know how to take care of you. They always work to make the patient happy. Thank you to everyone at Advanced Eye Care for taking care of me for many years and many years to come.

Dr. Shafron is EXCELLENT. He spent a lot of time with us when we were there and he is very thorough. His office staff however, is VERY RUDE! When I called to set up the appointment, the person I spoke with was very nasty and curt. I chalked it up to someone having a bad day. When we arrived at the office, I observed the same person talking to patients in person and on the phone in a very rude and nasty manner. It did not matter what nationality or age the person was, she was just rude to everyone. Then when we checked out to leave, the person that checked us out was very curt and short. Not friendly at all. Today took the cake - I called to get a copy of the transactions from our visit to submit to my Benny Card company. The person that I spoke with immediately started speaking over me and then proceeded to repeat the same thing over and over as if I were 5 years old. She never answered my questions and when I persisted with my questions she said "HOLD!" and put me into a voice mail for the accounts receivable person. Fortunately for us, we do not have to go back and see this Doctor, otherwise I would have had to cancel all appointments with him and find another Doctor.

The website says the office opens at 8am. It is now 8:37am and the recording still states the office is closed. Trying to get my daughter an appointment for an eye infection. Now, I know not to call this office again.
