I have always used the Mansfield office and they have always been helpful and professional, unfortunately I used another company this year when they were unable to schedule a visit for a month out. I called another office and and got an appointment the same day for an eye check, lenses and frames. I was offered an appointment at the Arlington location a week out but prefer Mansfield, guess I have changed companies, oh well.

So far so good! Everyone who was in contact with me was friendly and warm. I observed some of the other employees interacting with other patients and they even put me at ease. I am very pleased with the care I have received so far. My Dr listened to my concerns and didn't rush me and even walked me to the reception area! I can relax because I feel as though they really care!

When I was told I had cataracts, I was shocked and didn't know what to do. Thankfully, Paragon was recommended by a family member and I am so glad I had surgery while in their hands. The surgeries went well and I couldn't believe how well I could see after each surgery. The surgery center staff, doctors and nurses were very accommodating and made be feel comfortable. I was very nervous and they were very calming. If I had to have surgery again, which I hope I don't, I would not hesitate to go back to Dr. Ford and Dr. Blair for my needs. They are an awesome team!

My Dr retired and I was referred to Dr Blair. At first visit I was told I needed cataract surgery. I knew my vision had become a lot worse. I had the surgery and my vision was greatly improved. The Doctors and staff are all very frienfly. I would recommend this office.

I called with an emergency need! I had lost almost all my vision! I called late morning and was told they would get me in for a complete evaluation of my sight loss! Gave me great directions and good she did! I couldn't see much of the road or signs! I brought the initial paper work in from the website download, saved a bunch of their time staff was great and just super nice! Other folks had been looking at some hardware items in the lobby and seem happy also as I looked around to evaluate the office and sales displays! I was called in and had a complete eye evaluation and then they dilated my eyes for further reviews!! Next came the news! I was as ready as anyone could be for Cataract surgery! Cause in my case probably medications from kidney transplant of seven years earlier! Plus my age etc> The bottom line they we're quick to make room for my emergency, gave me full instructions on what I needed and how things would be done! It was all as I was told but way more efficient and proficient than I had certainly expected! THank you to the entire staff and the Doctors who worked with me!
