Houston Eye Associates in Kingwood, Texas has the best and most caring staff. You are made to feel very comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. I can't say enough good things about this facility. Absolutely would recommend my friends and family to make this their eye care facility.

I travel 500 miles, annually, to continue my excellent eye care with Dr Thomas. I had a successful experience with my cataract surgery. Sometimes new lenses develop a fog that needs to be removed, once, with a simple laser procedure. I’ve had one eye done and I came ready to have my other eye done, today. Dr Thomas had some reservations because of what he could see in my retinal tissue. Before proceeding, he recommended I see a retina specialist. He left the decision to me but of course I am following his advice. I feel fortunate to have a really good doctor who puts my best interest and excellent vision, first.

Today, was my first time at Houston Eye Associates as a patient. I had been there with my Aunt, It was amazing the way the staff took great care with and of her. Her doctor, Dr. Justus Thomas was awesome with her. He was very patient and attentive with the things she shared with him. After seeing that behavior from him every time I took her to see him, made me want to have him as my doctor.I couldn't have made a better choice. Dr. Thomas makes the patient feel valued. I have not found this in any of my previous Optomologist. UNBELIEVABLE!

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Thomas is extremely personable and a very popular doctor which unfortunately usually means long time waiting but we’ll worth the wait. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Last week, I had an eye appointment with Dr. Clint Gonzales. We first met with his receptionist to confirm insurance. I am confined to a power wheelchair. Being so, she was very patient and helpful. Her concern was my getting into their exam chair. I have done it in the past. She said that they might use an office where I could stay in my chair. That worked out great. As always, Dr. Gonzales was extremely helpful. For years I went to see him with a competitive firm. He left them and no one would tell me where he went. I finally found out where he went and followed him. This has been my second time to see him at Houston Eye. I would highly recommend that a person get an appointment with Clint.
