Our appointment was set for 10:45 and they didn't call me in until 11:15, then after the first few tests they brought me to another waiting room where i waited for another hour or so. It is now 1:02 and i still haven't met with a doctor. This has happened every time I have come here. Do not recommend at all.

Dr. Vendal is very professional and good. But the attention from the staff and fact that I have made several requests for prior authorization for medication and it has not been completed is reason for 2 stars. I felt they were more interested in selling me on another procedure, not covered by insurance that would cost $3,800 .

If you are looking for an exceptional eye Doctor that truly cares about the quality of care she provides for her patients, then Dr. Vendal is the one for you !! I woke up with an excruciatingly painful eye infection and contacted her office and they fit me in immediately !! Upon being evaluated by Dr. Zarmeena Vendel, I was impressed by the fact that she took her time with me in the evaluation room. I did not feel like she was rushing me out the door and she made sure I had someone with me to drive me home once I was done. What’s even more amazing, is I received a call from her office the next day to check in with me and make sure I was doing better ! I would recommend Dr. Vendal and this practice to anyone !!
