Absolute worst customer service in the office. Do not go to the office. To top it off I called a month after my appointment to get a copy of my glasses prescription, and the wanted an extra $55 to give me the the prescription that I had just paid and that was in my file.

My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Reinke. You may have a bit of a wait BUT he is worth the wait. He is so patient, thorough and caring. He is extremely knowledgeable and methodical and we are very appreciative to be under his care.

Horrible scheduler!! Doesn’t seem like she wants people to come to there office !! Hang up the call without scheduling!!

Office staff was very nice and attentive. I had to wait a bit, but every doctor I go to there is a wait, and I've waited much, much longer at other doctor visits. Dr Reinke is very nice and thorough, he has a very polite and genuine caring personality.

Dr. Reinke removed a cataract from my right eye in 2012. The procedure was quick and thorough. Since that removal, I have perfect 20/20 in that eye. Tomorrow I have an appointment to arrange for cataract removal from my other eye. Nothing but positive comments from me.

Excessive wait time, had 3:15p and still waiting at 4:10pm nearly an hour later ?!!!?? Terrible service, I am pay you for great eye care and great customer service! Just terrible.... I put this on the front Office for being non attentive and over booking. Customer/Patients should NEVER wait an hour for a quick follow up! Dr. Reinke may need to fire and re-hire professionals at the front desk.
