This was the worst experience I have EVER had. After seeing the technician I was led to a waiting area where I sat for 45 minutes. He then called me and set down my chart and forgot that he had called me so called someone else. I told him and he took me to a room and let me sit for another 45 minutes while he worked on other patients while the nurse lady said “don’t let him go in there. He’s got to go to this other room first!” Apparently this is a regular thing for this doctor and I would DEFINITELY not recommend going to see Dr. Clariday!!!!!!! Awful experience!!

I saw Dr. McMullen after being referred by an affiliated Optometrist earlier that same day. Dr. McMullen was very knowledgable and efficient. His clinical and administrative staff were wonderful. On previous visits to this location seeing other practitioners, it has been very busy and they have been running behind, but on this visit, it was very quick and efficient.

An hour wait to see the doctor!!!! Then when couldn’t wait any longer, I requested to reschedule at day & time which I didn’t have to wait that long, with a smart non-remorseful attitude, “well that can happen any day” Never will step a foot in this place again!!

The wait time takes a very long time and it's a bunch of old people. I scheduled an appt for my 9 year old child not knowing they mainly deal with old people. I wish I would have known this I would have found a dr that only deal with children! Staff is nice as well as the dr. I would schedule an appt to come here not my 9 year old. Only thing I would have to take a full day off work because of the wait time!! (( it smells like old people in here ehh))

3 hour wait so far. My son's appointment was for 3:55, it is now 6:55. Had a nurse interrupt my phone conversation to tell me to be patient and that it might be another hour to hour and a half to be seen. Front desk staff needs to communicate if their is a long wait so people can reschedule or find a different clinic. Appointment setters should contact patients prior to the visit if the wait is going to be extremely long and past their hours of operations. To say we are frustrated is a understatement. This place is run like no other I have ever seen. If you value your time and sanity do not book at this place.

They are so .overbooking. I have waited more than twice over four (4) hours I have had Dr. Gibson for my contacts many years and always very pleased. Recently in May had cataract surgery with surgeon on staff.. That has not gone as expected, no clarity or distance vision as expected.o Just passed around, no solution of correction and just referred to glasses. So distraught that this did not give me the vision i was told. Do not recommend this place.

The place was nice but I had to wait an hour to be seen. The staff was friendly but things weren't explained to me. So I really didn't know what they were doing half the time. But it was right before school started so they were pretty busy.

My husband and I have been to specialists here several times and have always had a good experience. I took my granddaughters to get their eyes checked and it has been a nightmare. We ordered contacts for my oldest granddaughter on August 13. When I called to check on them they said I only ordered glasses. I told them we had ordered and paid for glasses and contacts. The lady in contacts finally found where we had ordered contacts but needed to talk to the doctor to see if she needed to see her. I asked if I needed to call back the next day or would she contact me. She reassured me she'd call me as soon as she talked to the doctor. On September 14 I called and again they said I didn't order contacts. After a few minutes they found where i had ordered and said i needed to make appt with doctor. When i called to make appt the lady was rude. I hung up and waited and called back hoping to get a different receptionist which I did and made the appt. So bottom line... we ordered contacts on August 13 and will hopefully get them on September 21. Probably won't return here again for glasses or contacts.

Waited well over an hour just to be moved to a back waiting area and wait some more...Really...Dont overbook appts in one time frame that ridiculous...If it wasnt that mom needed to see this specialist we would of left....Byw..there quick to reschedule you if your 5 mins late...just a fyi...

Best place for children and disabled children. Gunderson knows what she is doing and doesn't rush to expensive quick solutions that can backfire in the long run. She has your children's best interests in mind always!

On Tuesday I had to see a Dr Lutz, because my regular Dr was not at the Webster location that day. I sit there for over an hour to finally see this Dr.Lutz, she really didnt have any compassion for what was going on with my eye. I was told after she barely looked at it I would be ok. I had to go back on Wednesday eye was worse. Will not go to her again

Went to have my first appointment there as a new patient, arrived 20 minutes before my scheduled time to fill out new paperwork when I approached the front desk. "Oh I was just trying to get a hold of you, the doctor has been out this week, would you like to reschedule?"... I have had this appointment for the past 2 months now, and you decide to tell me this now? When you know the Dr has been out? When I've scheduled everything around you guys during the work week like countless other people? No thank you, I'll find someone else. Unprofessional.

I'm really disappointed of this clinic, I drove 40 miles to get there for an appointment and the girl in the front desk she didn't do her job. She told me that they don't accept my health insurance. And about 1 hour later she called me back and she said that they apologize, they do accept my health insurance. That's unprofessional I don't recommend this clinic. I received a better service in Sears or even in Walmart than Coastal eye care.

I love going here! Yes sometimes I have to wait longer that I would like, but Dr. Collin's is worth the wait. She is very attentive, listens well and takes her time with me. I felt very comfortable being examined by her and was very happy with my results. I have also been seen for an emergency. The staff worked very quickly to get me seen and went beyond expectations to make sure my eye was going to be okay. I have always been treated very well. I for sure continue to see Dr. Collin's!

So I drive an hour, to take my daughter to the eye Dr. She usually sees Gunderson, but this time she saw Collins. The lady at the desk that sits next to the lady that signs in patients for Collins is extremely rude, and is not a people person. I couldn't get her name, because her long hair conveniently covered up her name. I have been going to this doctor's office for 3 years and have never felt so disrespected. On a plus side Dr. Collins was very nice and patient.

I had an appointment today for a minor surgery on my eyelid. After waiting for couple of hours which can happen in any clinic, Dr. Tran finally started the surgery. He was very nice however I felt almost everything, he kept pulling on my eyelid in an attempt to grab his instruments on his own since he didn't even have an assistant to hand him anything he needed. Then the lady at the check out (I believe her name was Debby) charged me almost triple the amount I was quoted over the phone. Mrs. Debby was very rude and unprofessional and kept on attacking the person who had given me the price over the phone. What does that say about your clinic when you attack your own staff in front of your patients?! I even asked Mrs. Debby how much my visit was going to cost since I have no insurance and she still didn't tell me the price till AFTER everything was done!!! I drove all the way from Galleria only because the lady (Mrs. Lori) was very kind and caring over the phone and she made me think that this place was going to be a good caring environment however after this visit and having to get checked out by someone so insensitive after a stressful surgery, I will NEVER go back here nor do I recommend this place to anyone I care about!!! I have no problem paying for my healthcare fees, my complaints are about being misled and mistreated. Mrs. Debby you may have collected an extra couple of hundred dollars today but you cost your clinic way more by loosing patients simply by your attitude and by the way you handled the situation!!! Thank you.

Made the appointment and gave my insurance information over the phone to make sure it would be taken. A week later I arrived for my appointment and the secretary who "doesn't even really work here" said my insurance isn't taken here. I then ask how much it would cost in cash, and she didn't know that either. "We can bill you after the visit" she says. Unbelievably bad service from this office. Go elsewhere.

I will never come back here. Third time I come insurance is not verify. My appointment is at 115pm and there is 3 people ahead of me and they start seeing patients at 1pm. Never heard of such a thing!!!!
