Very disappointing. I made an appointment, arrived 20 minutes early as they had requested to complete paperwork. I waited in a very full waiting room for an hour even though I made an appointment. They over booked their appointments so everyone had to wait an extremely long time past their appointment times because they said they were waiting for a room to open up. The doctors might be great but they need to fix their scheduling and not waste the patients' time.
