Disappointing. Had a 10 am appt. Wasn'r seen until almost 11 am. PA did initial exam, then sent me to waiting area for 15 or so minutes, then to exam room for Doctor. After almost hour of sitting there with not one person checking I finally just got up and walked out and went home. My time is too important to waste with people that seem lost and chaotic. Doubt I'll return.

Both my father and I had our cataract removal surgery here and we were very pleased with the clarity of the outcome. Dr My was the performing physician who has excellent surgical as well as patient skills.

Love the figurines ! Every time I bring my Ma there are different ones ! Oh ! Ma says everyone is Great here too , at all levels from associates to Dr. 's ! This is a 4 Star because I am not a patient here so I can not say but I hear comments from patients & family members .

Dr. Wood is a good doctor. Very thorough with the examinations & steered me in the right direction. Receptionist area seemed a little unorganized though. They always seemed to be looking for a lost file. Wait time was 20-30min.

Everyone was very friendly and made me feel at ease. Dr. Smith is amazing, he is full of positivity. He and his staff are patient and kind. I didn't feel rushed or ashamed of how bad my vision is, as I've felt in some past experiences. Dr. Smith also helped me worry less by explaining what is wrong with my eyesight and answering questions I wouldn't have the courage to ask because of how embarrassed I was about my bad vision. In the end it was a great and informative experience. The Optical Dispensary on the first floor has an awesome attentive staff as well. I didn't feel like they were pushing for a sale, in fact I felt that I got a great deal! The value is outstanding and the frames were stylish.
