I would give a 0 star rating if I could. I waited for an hour and a half just to be called back to an exam room. Then was told I would need to wait another 30-45 minutes more to see the doctor. I ended up leaving and not seeing the doctor at all because I had other commitments that evening and couldn't stay any longer. I stopped at the front desk and was told "this is how it always is". Most disappointing was seeing an elderly lady come in late for her appointment and being turned away by the front desk staff saying "we've got a 15 minute grace period and you just passed that". This is definitely a location that needs better office management skills, unless you don't mind waiting 2-3 hours for your appointment.

I had an appointment at 10:30am and didn't get out till 2:00pm. After all that waiting time. I was charged for an eye exam, that I didn't sign off on. My paperwork stated, there will be an extra 35.00 for the exam, along with the $95.00 out of pocket visit, If you agree sign below. I didn't agree, so I didn't sign it. Tell me why I got charged the extra 35.00.smh

I like Dr. Lee he is a true professional and he is an awesome surgeon. However, his office lacks respect of people time. I made an appointment today for 3:45; which I arrived at 3:30. It is 5:09 and I have not seen the doctor. When I asked how long was the wait because both waiting areas were flooded with people, the staff asked if I wanted to reschedule. I did not reschedule because I left work early for this appointment. Therefore rescheduling was not an option. I had eye surgery in February, which Dr. Lee performed. I am experiencing pain. Therefore I scheduled an appointment for him to look at my eye and make sure that everything is ok and it is healing. I am in pain and I would like the doctor to exam it.

I am new to the area, and went to Total Eye Care in Duncanville in mid-July to have my eyes checked and get a new prescription because a friend of mine said they had a good experience there. I had to wait quite a while after my appointment time to get in, and when I took the prescription to EyeMart Express and tried on my new bi-focals the vision at a distance was perfect, but I couldn't read a thing unless it was six inches from my nose. I contacted Total Eye care about the prescription error on July 23rd and received this reply: "Thank you for contacting Total Eye Care. We look forward to answering any questions you may have. You will be contacted within 48 hours." This is September 12th and I am still waiting!

Dr. Lee has performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes and both of my wife's eyes. Prep work, surgery and follow up were all handled professionally and considerately. All surgeries were successful with no issues. We continue to visit Dr. Lee for annual checkups.
