I was in Abilene for a conference and started feeling intense eye pain. Dr Preston and his team saw me immediately and did a great job of treating my issue. My eye was borderline on becoming infected, so Dr Preston even had me come back the next morning to make sure things had improved. Great staff and treatment! I appreciate how much they did to accommodate an out-of-town visitor.

Doctors and assistants were great! very nice and friendly. But I got charged for things insurance is supposed to cover because of their mistake. I asked them to fix it, but they charged me again for the same thing. They barely answer phone calls. They never call me back even though they said they will. Receptionist is not friendly.

I was skeptical to have Lasik here, but was surprised with all the pre scans devices they have available before surgery. I have close to 20/20 vision 1 day after surgery from Dr Adam

Was talked with disdain by staff when asking questions. Were uncooperative and rude. Dr was ok but only talked to him once. Staff is not informative about their polocies and rude when you ask don't comply accordibg to their standards. Will never use this facility unless its a last resort.

Dr. Mc Adams is a very caring doctor. He truly does care about his patients and listens to your worries. It’s nice to find a Doctor who cares and is not all about the money. His staff is very sweet and kind. They care about you. When I had an emergency after hours I got a call back with in 3 minutes. They have went out of their way for me and made me feel like I was not a dollar sign to them. I highly recommend them for any and all eye needs! I had cataract surgery on both eyes and they made me feel comfortable and listened to my concerns. Thank you so much for giving me back my eyesight! You all are a true blessing. Sincerely Rhonda

Came in for routine eye exam and was told to occasionally use eye drops. Billing department billed my insurance for diagnosis of dry eye syndrome but did not bill for eye exam. If my insurance were billed for exam and subsequent diagnosis, insurance would pay for entire visit. Billing department refuses to bill my insurance for the purpose of my visit so I must pay entire amount. I have no problem with the Doctor but I will go elsewhere in the future. I pay insurance premiums for a purpose and they are unable to properly bill my insurance for the purpose of my visit.
