What brought me to Dr. Reichstein was two detached retinas, multiple holes and tears in my retinas. From the moment he came into the room he was very calm, kind, gentle and he listened to my symptoms. He, also, has an awesome sense of humor. By far, the best Doctor I have ever been to.

I was in Tennessee for an extended stay, and Dr. Busbee was recommended by my eye doctor in Illinois to care for my needs while here. He took his time in explaining everything he was doing and his staff was exceptional as well. I have been getting the shots in my eye for almost a year but was anxious being in a new place. Everyone went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.

Terrible at explaining procedures and issues. Factory style facility. Sheer volume is how they make their living. Doctor always seems rushed, never time to answer any questions.

It is a busy office but the doctor and staff have always had time to answer any questions. I have been there over 15 times and, each time, I feel that I am a person to them, not a diagnosis. They are brisk and efficient, but I have never felt rushed or seen them rushing others. If you want a slower pace, consider one of the satellite offices.
