This is the absolute best place to go for excellent eye care. Dr. Trey Sullins and his expert staff are truly kind, caring and compassionate. They do more than just offer excellent health care, they offer the kind of treatment that far surpasses any other. These days in this very rushed world, it has been a true blessing to find such wonderful people. God bless them all.

My 10 month old granddaughter has been waiting 3 weeks on glasses and the lenses came in and won't fit the frames so now they are being sent back to the lab...now we get to sit and watch her leaning her head back to see things.. The staff was not very compassionate to my daughter when she broke down crying on the phone because her baby is going to have to go another extended period not being able to see.

While Dr. Christa Sullins is top of the line who is professional and courteous, the rest of the staff never smile and it appears that they'd rather be somewhere else than work. The last time I got eye wear, I went to pick it up and the lab had forgotten to put the bifocals into the lens, thus it had to be sent back to the lab to re-do it. I receive reminders just about every day to come pick up my eye wear, so when I received another message to pick up my eye wear, I drove quite a distance to their office and the office receptionist said that they had not come back. She indicated that she didn't know why I had received another reminder. Now, I believe the glasses have been returned to their office by their lab, I will definitely call them to verify that the glasses have indeed been sent back to their office and are awaiting pick up. It's a 90 minuted round trip for me to go to their office so mistakes that cost me gasoline and time is very annoying, and never did receive any explanations nor apologies from staff.

Friendly staff but the wait on glasses or contacts is long because they can't make them there. Cost is more than others in the area

I took my son here today for his first ever eye appointment. And I was blown away at the hospitality and the charisma of the people who work here. Phenomenal job and the personalities are amazing. Definitely a place I would recommend to anyone. I will be making all my eye care visits here!!!

Staff was rude acted like they had better things to do. Granted I just walked in, asked if they could fit me in for a exam. They didn't even pull up the schedule just said we are booked up, and didn't even ask me if I wanted to set up a appointment. I just dropped my wife off there for her appointment. I will not personally go there nor recommend anyone there, however my wife loves them.
