"DO NOT", I Repeat "DO NOT" use these people. My brother in law attempted to get a second opinion on his exam. He went for a second opinion at the CLARKSVILLE location. Well his appointment was cancelled on THE DAY of surgery WITHOUT notification to my brother in law. He arrived for surgery and was told that his surgery was cancelled by the doctor in Nashville. Again no notification was given. These guys are RIPPING people of trying to get that insurance money. What "LEGITIMATE" doctor has a problem with anyone obtaining a second opinion? BEWARE this place is a rip off!!! The DOCTOR THAT WAS DEALT WITH WAS. DR. KATZ.... DO NOT USE THESE PROPLE

Spoke with "Ben" to try to schedule appointment. Undoubtedly the rudest, crudest, cruelest, elitist person with whom I have every spoken. He is a terrible representative of any healthcare practice. He needs to be fired immediately or trained to know what health "care" is. I will never call back and will never recommend this practice to anyone.

Not very good at returning calls. Couldn't afford medication prescribed so I had to go back and forth to find out what I could do. Continue eye hygiene scrubs and lubricant drops, but nothing to address the affection. Was prescribed azasite 1% to which there's no generic. Wasn't told of an alternative I could get or offered some samples. My eye is still pink and I don't know if I'm contagious or not. Called today see see if I should have any concerns for an upcoming knee surgery tomorrow as far if my eye infection would cause problems. Was told tech would call me back. Haven't heard anything yet. I know they're busy but certainly they have a few minutes to address my concerns, wow.

The Doctor himself was very knowledgeable however the yag procedure took him less than 60 seconds. I was ten minutes EARLY for 10:00 appointment, left at 11:45. Office staff very unorganized and short spoken. I recommend finding a different organization for your eye health needs

WAITED 3 HOUR TO SEE DR. WHICH WAS ALL OF 5 MINUTES WHERE HE LOOKED AT MY SONS EYES AND LEFT ROOM , GAVE US NO INFORMATION ON WHAT TESTING SHOWED, STAFF AT FRONT DESK WAS EXTREMELY RUDE, DOCTORS SHOULD ZERO CONCERN. WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE, GAVE NO AFTERCARE INSTRUCTION FOR PUPILS BEING DILATED SENT MY SON OUTSIDE WITH NO PROTECTIVE WEAR WITH DIALATED PUPILS . MY SON COULDN'T EVEN SEE WHEN WE CAME OUTSIDE THEY WILL BE REPORTED TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

We arrived early for paperwork, still waiting an hour past our appointment. Two people in the lobby when we got here. Within 39 minutes lobby full, then empty and here we still sit. Terrible wait, no excuses, they obviously overbook heavily!

I was referred to Eye Health Partners, Cool Springs by Dr. Shen for a base line exam as Glaucoma runs in my family. I was set up with an appointment with Dr. Patel. Upon finishing my appointment, I was told by Dr. Patel that I would need to come back another time for additional testing. I asked why this testing was not performed during this (my first visit) and was told because they had dilated my eye’s and could not perform the test while dilated. I asked if I would be charged another co-pay for having to come back again. Dr. Patel and her assistant Kim, both told me I would not be charged. Upon my next visit sure enough I was charged another co-pay. Upon receiving my first bill in the mail I had a question about the insurance. I followed up with the billing department and spoke with Becca. She was very kind and would look into the insurance. I decided to ask about the co-pay and she referred me to Amy the Executive Director. Upon speaking to Amy and explaining exactly what happened she said she would speak with Dr. Patel and Kim and get back to me. I received a call back from Amy, stating “Dr. Patel & Kim say they never discussed the co-pay for the second visit with me”. Once I heard this, I explained to Amy that basically I am being called a Liar which is 100% not true. If Dr. Patel & Kim had admitted to having the conversation with me and apologized for the error on their part, I would have let this mater go. Due to the fact that they did not tell Amy the truth and think this is acceptable is wrong. If I am going to go to a Dr. for anything the first thing, I require is for them to be honest and have integrity. Obviously, this is not the case here.

Had an appointment at 9:45. Writing this at nearly 10:30 and haven’t been seen. This is an initial consultation, so I assume they’re trying to make a good impression. Draw your own conclusions.
