Dr. Hershberger is a true professional. She is knowledgeable about her speciality. She is very sympathetic and caring. She makes me feel that she is concerned about the well-being of my health. She responses promptly to my concerns, when I call her. When I had cataract surgery, I knew that my eyes were in good hands. The doctors here work together to meet the needs of their patients.

Doctors are great, but with a wait time of hour and forty-five minutes and the front office staff not being friendly, it's time to go some other place. While we still have freedom to choose our medical care, I will take our business someplace else.

The doctors and Nurse were great. When I asked if my husbands contacts were ready they told me they had not ordered them yet since he had not called to state how the trial pair was. I told them to go ahead and order his as well as mine. Since I have been wearing contacts for 3 years I don't need the trial pair. I told them to order mine the day of my appt. 2 days later they call and tell me my husbands are there for pick up. They did not order mine because I did not call and tell them too.... Yet I told them to place the order the day of my appointment and was told ok. Not ok.

The ladies at check in were friendly, got us through the new patient process quickly & the lady at check out was friendly also. Brian & Dr.Austin were the best for my anxiety 8 year old. Even though the place was packed, they took time to make my child comfortable. We were in & out in 1.5 hours which includes wait time, chart reading, dilated eyes, chat, sizing & picking glasses.

Dr Turner listened to my concerns about my eyesight and was able to give me an accurate diagnosis. I had been struggling with binocular vision dysfunction for a few years, and even though I had described the symptoms to other doctors, Dr Turner was the first to recognize the problem. She gave me a prescription for glasses with a prism, and I can finally see clearly.

Great eye doctors. I've had glasses for 66 years. Been to doctors from ohio, Connecticut, and here. Really like this place. State of the art technology. The Optical store messed up both times i got glasses with them, so my experience there has not been good. Trying a different store. But the doctor that examines me, does a great job. And I'll continue with them.
