There is always a great experience at Carolina center for sight. Everyone is kind, professional and courteous. Dr. Seltzer has the greatest bed side manners. His voice is always reassuring to you that every thing is going to be fine. I have been going there for years and the people have always been kind.

I was referred to this office by my family dr for cataracts. Dr Seltzer performed the original removal surgery but I was not informed of the possible complications. My vision was blurry for several months even after they attempted to correct it. I finally went to another dr for another opinion and was told that they had not fully corrected the problem. My job has been jeopardized and I am thoroughly disappointed in this experience. The amount of money that I’m now responsible for paying is outrageous considering the issues that I have faced.

I went originally to have my eyes checked for cataracts. They were super nice and I feel very confident in what was done and the information I received. The next time I went back, I went specifically to get an eye exam/prescription for new glasses. Again everyone was very professional, very nice, very helpful and the information I received I felt very confident with. I had an unusual thing happen and went back a third time. Again everyone was very nice, professional and the unique thing that I experienced was taken care of. I would highly recommend this office to anyone for vision care.

They cancelled my surgery twice. First one was cancelled because they failed to let me know I couldn't wear contacts for two weeks. Second one cancelled because they didn't read cardiologist report. They gave me a lame excuse as to they just got report from my Cardiologist which was a lie.

Horrible service!! If I could not give it any stars I would! Will never come back! We stayed for 4 hours and the "owner" from what I was told was very rude to my 90+ grandmother! He rushed us out and did not respect us. He told us that he do not do the scheduling and if that's all...he needs to leave. I thought that was not professional at all!! He argued us down about missing her appointment but she was in the hospital. I asked one of the nurses who could I report him and she said no one because he is the owner! That business needs a new owner and nicer assistances or it needs to be SHUT DOWN!

I would have given a five-star however I think that they scheduled too many patients at one time I counted fifty chairs in that waiting room and 50 people sitting in all chairs and 2 people standing side the wall I think they should not schedule so many patients at one time or other than that my experience was good it was a long wait and I missed another appointment that I had atI o'clock I got there 10:30 didn't leave the 1:30 and I missed an appointment I had at 1 so that's whyI give it a4

If I could give it zero stars I would. I’m calling from another Phycisian’s Office and the person who answers the phone she was very rude and as soon as I went to mention a patient’s name she hangs up. I would never refer anyone here.

I have had the best care here. Dr. Vasuki did my cataract surgery and it was flawless. He is very caring and put me at ease. Dr. Robinson repaired a macular hole, he was also excellent and put me at ease. All of the staff were very courteous and helpful. The staff who took care of me for my surgeries did everything to make me comfortable. I would rate this a top of the line facility with top of the line doctors and staff. Thank you for the excellent care.

I've been coming here 8 months for eye injections. Dr. Payne has been friendly and has answered any questions I've had. The only reason I'm not giving a fifth star is because I've had several nurses that rushed me through my vision checkups resulting in poorer scores. Most staff members are very nice and personable, though, and talk to me when I come in.

I highly recommended this group. Everyone from check in to checkout was very polite and professional. The doctor was very knowledgeable and explained things to me on my level. He eased my fears and I left knowing that there was nothing medically wrong with my eyes.

Dr. Seltzer is an outstanding Ophthalmologist. He is very professional and very serious about helping to improve your vision. He waste no time in getting down to business and afterwards will ask if you have any questions or concerns. I have trusted his expertise for many years and will continue to do so. I highly recommend Dr. Seltzer and have actually recommended him to several friends. The only negative thing I will add is after I arrived there was always very long wait to actually see him.

When I first met Dr Seltzer he was a no nonsense man about my eyes. He took the time to explain what was going on with my vision. After having eye surgery, I CAN SEE !! Colors are so outstanding it is unreal. I now have my vision back from my youth at an ELEVATED age. My surgeries went so easy there was no pain at all. Wait time was so little it was not like a normal doctors office visit. Did I say I now have 20/20 vision? Yes THANK YOU DR SAM SELTZER AND YOUR GREAT STAFF! Any one with eye problems should see him !

We absolutely love Dr. Seltzer and his Staff. They are very professional but also down to earth. Dr. Seltzer makes a point to go out of his way to explain what's going on, so you feel completely comfortable with the surgery you are about to have. After my husband had his procedure done, Dr. Seltzer and his Staff checked on him and that was just one of the many ways they all made us feel like we were important, not just another $$$ sign.
