Do not waste your time with Dr. Reena Mehta. She is just going through the motions and will recommend unnecessary scans, without ever informing you of the cost. Nothing but a money grab! Terrible wait times (upwards of 2-3 hours). I would instead refer you to the Columbia Eye Clinic; Dr. Newman actually cares about his patients. That's where you'll find me next time.

While I don’t typically post negative reviews I think we owe it to each other to let you know the reality of the service and wait times. While I think Dr. Bogart is a good Dr. he has little respect for others time. In the past month I have waited 2 1/2 hours for one appointment and then 1 hr 40 min for another appointment only to find out he had gone to lunch. Yes I walked out. I had taken 4 hours of personal leave to sit in the office. Today as I am waiting now over 45 min. He is behind me having a meeting with a sales rep. In my opinion if time matters to you please do yourself a favor and find another office.

I do not recommend. Made an appointment for Lasik consultation a week ahead with Jennifer. 2 hours prior to appointment time she left me a voice message to move my appointment by 2 more hours because the office manager likes to have a meeting at that time. She usually takes lunch at 1PM but would make time for me (What? A favor?). Or, I could come at 2, 3 or 4. I don't do business like this. You have to put customers first, after all, we are paying. The audacity to ask at last minute for your own selfish convenience.

Dr. Bogart is friendly, funny, and thorough. Nice practice. Wait time is usually long though, but you get quality service.

I had a very nice experience here, I will only come to this place for my eye needs. Everyone was pleasant and nice, even after the dilation of my eyes I left and forgot sunglasses and a lady at check out ran out side after me and offered me their sunglasses cover. I will recommend anyone to this place!

Carolina Eye Center is such a warm and welcoming place. I was very impressed with every aspect of the eye center. From the office staff to the doctors to the optical shop, everyone was top notch. I highly recommend Carolina Eye Center!

I've been coming here for almost three years now. I just had my third eye exam with them last week. They've always been kind and pleasant. Even if you have to fake it sometimes, they do a good job at sounding sincere. Sometimes your heart isn't there, and that's ok. I've run out of contacts early every year, usually within a month of my appointment, and they've always given me a trial pair of contacts to hold me over. I love the location. It's tucked away from the main beating path. Aesthetics are important to me, and this place is pleasing to the eye. Doesn't look sketch or like a hole in the wall. I will agree that wait times are usually long, but it isn't a big deal. At least they know what they're doing. Quality is there.

Dr. Pabon is amazing , had PRK surgery this morning and she was amazing. She walked me through what she was going to do, and when I was having the surgery she told me everything that was happening ! I was nervous at first but she explained everything to me and made me more comfortable! She answered all of my questions ! Jennifer is the lasik / PRK coordinator and she was wonderful she answered all of my questions and made the process so simple! I cannot wait to see what my vision will be ! I would definitely recommend Carolina Eye Center to everyone!
