Avoid this place at all cause! Very poorly customer service and bad management. Was put on hold for 40 mins and claim it was very busy, walked in to setup appointment and most all the girls theres were just talking. Where's the managers? Go elsewhere for eye care!

Horrible customer service, I was rushed during my exam, I’ve been going to this place for over 3 years , I had enough of this people , I also had an issue, where I lost my prescription and I told them I needed a copy because I wanted to get frames somewhere else so the lady wrote me a wrong prescription, I found my old prescription and the numbers where off by a high margin. That’s horrible they should be professional.

My glasses broke as I was studying for an upcoming large exam. Desperately needing new glasses as quickly as possible, I took a chance as a walk-in patient at Westminster Eyecare. The medical secretary was attentive and accommodating to my dilemma, managing to adapt the day's schedule to fit me in for an appointment within just three hours! I needed an eye exam conducted because my eyeglass prescription was over 10 years old. The optometrist, Dr. Sarah Guarascio, was professional, thorough and willingly answered all of my questions. Rosa, the associate that aided me in the selection process of my new glasses, was patient and put all of her effort into helping me find the glasses that best fit my facial structure, while looking stylish and being comfortable. I ordered two sets of glasses - one set was completely covered by insurance, and the other set was a name brand frame, which Rosa was able to discount 50% based on a special promotion. Overall, I would recommend Westminster Eyecare for their friendly environment and caring staff (ask for Rosa when choosing your glasses, she's great)!

It was one of the worst experience I ever had in an eye clinic. My appointment last about two hours. When I was leaving there was nobody waiting in the waiting room. The eye doctor was ok but the doctor assistant made a mistake taking the doctor's notes. I don't even want to mention the times she hit my face manipulating the eye test machine. The date I order my glasses I had also to wait to be seen. Other patients complain about too. The person who saw me was not the most pleasant on customer service I ever seen. They charged me $20.00 more just because I used my own frame and not theirs. Something I never heard of anywhere. This is what I call the "Market glasses" where the people think they're going to see an eye doctor but a place where they push you to buy the last model of glasses on the market. I don't think I will come back ever there.

I love this place I've been coming for about 7 years now. All of the staff are extremely nice. All of the Dr's really explain everything well, always answer any questions and never rush you through. There can be a wait sometimes but I think it's because no one ever leaves the practice and they have a lot of long time patients!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Most inept optometrists office I have ever been to. If not for their weekend schedule I would have left that office a very long time ago. The staff is rude and you wait hours to be seen even with an appointment. The doctors are absolutely great, they should fire everyone but the doctors! I transferred to another Dr and they gave them hell to give them my records, absolutely hell. Don't go there unless you want to aggravated!

Came here because it was the highest rated around me. In the 26 years of eye appointments it was one of if not the worst I've ever had. I specified I only had contacts when I scheduled. I showed up and they were only going to give me a glasses exam. It took an hour from my scheduled time to even see the Dr. I was rushed through the whole exam, letters were never changed between eyes so it wasn't really an exam since I already saw the letters over and over. Mean while in the exam room other staff was in and out and on their personal mobile devices. The whole experience was not personal feeling at all. The only reason I'll be back is to pick up the contacts I ordered. Do yourself the favor and go anywhere but here, even if you have to travel further.

Went to pick up glasses that were ready, got there a few minutes before closing and the door was locked. I could see the women who work at the front desk standing around with their coats on talking and laughing. I knocked, they looked at us and continued with their conversation. No one even acknowledged us even though the office was technically open. There were clients inside.

They gave me a prescription that was incomplete in order to try forcing me into buying their glasses. I called them several days ago to get my full prescription, and they refused to even return my call. So now I'm out money on the eye exam, and I need to get it done elsewhere again because these people don't care about actually helping their patients, or federal laws that give me a right to all of my medical records.

When I got to tge appointment The waiting room was almost standing room only. They changed my Dr visit with a Dr who had only two appointments ahead of me. Awesome!!! I went to see about getting lenses for the glasses I brought with me and the person I went to said I cannot get a prescription in the glasses I had... Then asked where they were from with a smirk. I didnt want to pay $200+ for lenses only. She referred me to the cheap glasses.

Came back two months later because I can barely see with this wrong prescription and they charge me fully for a new pair since my insurance "doesn't cover two pairs in a year". They said they would rush the order (3 days) since I can't see. Its been a week and they just told me its going to be another week since they messed up.

Worst experience for getting glasses! I thought I'd give them a try, but never again! I was charged the wrong price, given the wrong glasses, & when I asked for a refund, apparently the manager wasn't available. When they realized & saw that I was adamant about my refund they dropped the fee for what I originally asked for. I took my glasses and I'll never go back!

If I could give them a 0, I happily would. I am personally not a patient(and would never be) there but have been there with my grandmother and my sister. It is always far too crowded and they tend to overbook. The staff are unprofessional and rude. My sister took my niece there and the M.A. while doing whatever she was doing , scratched her cornea and she ended up needed drops and another visit. She should be more careful! My niece ended up needing new glasses and the order was placed. after waiting for more than a week and not receiving a call, my sister called. The staff person told her that they were ready but " she didn't call because she had too many people to call"! Really??????????????? that is your job!!!!!!!!!! Safe to say they are going elsewhere!

Well I’ve been going here for years & ive noticed that they keep hiring new staff & it’s always pretty females lol & the problem is that there’s always miscommunication between the staff & us patients/clients. It’s like every person has different information from the next person. It’s ridiculous! It’s like they hire all these people & they’re still messing up our orders & my appointments smh I keep getting misinformed about things! & all these girls just sit behind their desk just chatting away; meanwhile we’re all waiting so long for our appointment because they’re behind! But i am however disheartened to have just learn she is no longer there. Didnt like the fact i found out after cataract surgery when making follow up appt i was assigned a new Dr. W/o warning. Whether you have an appointment or your picking up glasses expect to wait 30-45 min while the employees finish their side conversations. They dont call you anymore when your glasses are ready for pick up. 3 other patients were waiting for pick ups and no one acknowledged them or apologized for the long wait time.
