Head staff memeber that makes app is great and knows her stuff. Dr.Varr is a great eye doctor. Easy to speak with and explains everything. Eye glass worker is a sweatheart and makes sures you are happy with your selection on glasses and will fix them when they bend from normal wear and tear. No complaints here. I have been with Dr. Varr for almost 10 years

Automatically made an appointment for year later, then called and left a message 2 hours before the appointment. Of course I was working and didn't get message until 3 hours later. They send me a bill for 25$ for missed appointment that I never made. I had never planned to go back there after the first exam last year. Found them to be less than knowledgeable and my perscription not right. Don't recommend this practice for a multitude of reasons.
