I've seen these people for eye exams twice, no problems and it's completely covered by my insurance. Takes about an hour including time for eyes to recover from dilation enough to drive. Another 45 minutes or more if you order glasses from Lenscrafters next door.

Check in person was not very pleasant. Did not greet me. I told her who I was & she just said sit down until you are called. The woman who tested my eyes was pleasant , although I had problems with the visual field test & have to come in again to do the test. The eye doctor Ms Diguilio is very pleasant, professional & thorough. I have been seeing her for the past few years & will continue.

My first two visits to the eye doctor were with an associate of the office and those two visits went surprisingly well. Fast forward to one year later and I have my annual exam which I figured I would schedule with the owner of the practice - what a mistake that was! I ask how long it would be before I see the doctor and they tell me he is running late, but no one had the courtesy to call and let me know yet they want 24 hours before you cancel your appointment or you will be charged.

don't know why there are bad reviews...I have been coming here for years with no problem.....since they are in the mall I usually check in early and then do my mall walk....yesterday I was an hour early checked in then told them I would be doing my walk while waiting .......they had a cancellation so they took me right then... Dr. Glaser is very precise and lets you know exactly what is going on and .the girls here are very good and attentive...they have a lens crafter next door and they have come over there to get me when my turn has come up other days I have been there

My experience was horrible. Upon arrival, I was told by the reception staff that I couldn't be seen unless I paid $100. They didnt even offer to enroll in a payment plan or inform me beforehand that this would be a possibility. Please keep in mind, that I have been going to this doctor for years. I have also scheduled appointments for my husband and son to be seen. Guess what? They just lost 3 customers and I will never refer anyone there again!

We have been going there for years. Today we were stuck in traffic trying to get there so we call them. We were told as long as you are here by 4:15 other wise you will need to reschedule. Made it for 4:18. Need to reschedule. There have been times in the past where we had to wait past the time of our appointment.. Guess what is good for the goose is not good for the gander. Now all 3 family members will be going to a different practice closer to home. Both your practice and Lenscrafters will loose our business.

I have been coming here for a few years but no longer. They try to hurry you through the office and are not very helpful at resolving problems. I tried to get contacts and they were terrible about teaching me how to put them in and removing them. They seem more concerned about moving patients in and out. I will not return.
