I chose to stay anonymous because I am still a patient here, however I've been coming here for years and I couldn't recommend these doctors enough, they are exceptionally skilled and experienced. I consider their office one of the best in Rhode Island, on the other hand the receptionists are extremely rude and give me attitude every time I have came in. I switched eye care for a few years in the past because they are so disrespectful. In my experience, if they do not like your jobs that much I'm sure someone else can fill their positions. Amazing doctors, less than mediocre receptionists.

They pulled a fast one on me and wasted my time and money and I never got my contacts. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. The least they could have done after stealing my money was provide me with some trials. Pathtic.

Dr. David DeRousi is an excellent doctor. He has been my eye doctor for many years. I have coworkers and friends who now go to him for their eye care. He is knowledgeable, caring and patience.

My son and I have been coming here for years. The staff is wonderful, the atmosphere is serene, it's conveniently located and not to mention beautifully decorated. My son is very sensitive to eye exams and Dr. Medina has been an absolute angel to work with, so patient. I would recommend this clinic to anyone needing eye care. Top notch!

The optometrist there is awful and kept me waiting in an empty room for over 30 minutes. I walked out. Hint: ITS CALLED CUSTOMER SERICE NOT DOCTOR SERVICE. I won't be going back.

My experience at garden city eye care came from my neighbor who referred me when I had an emergency eye problem....Dr. Louise came in on off day off (weekend) to me meet and treat me .....I never had any doctor go out of those way ....the care, sincerity made me feel good ...most doctors would have referred me to another doctor on call ....good old fashion care ... BRAVO !!!!
