Went to update my contact prescription. Asked how much. They answered $40. I paid $40. Bill for an additional $63 shows up a month later. When I call to ask they have no answers and can 'transfer you to billing'. This leaves me with the option of paying it or getting a hit on my credit. Unless the $63 charge disappears, I'll never go back.

A family member needed to be seen by an eye doctor today for a very common eye condition that would have taken about 2 seconds to diagnose and they wouldn't work with her in terms of giving her an appointment at a time that worked for her. In addition, the glasses they recently made for me were completely wrong - wrong prescription and exactly the type that I said I didn't want. It has now been at least 2 weeks since I sent them back to be replaced and no word yet that they're ready to be picked up. Would not recommend.

Dr Quinn and Dr Gerber are totally awesome! They're both very pleasant and courteous and caring, which helped me feel more relaxed. They are very thorough and professional. I trust their individual judgements, and I have to say that I am glad I have finally found the right Ophthalmologists to go to. I highly recommend them to everyone!

Beyond annoyed. I show up for an appointment that was made only to be told that I'm not in their system. They can't give me said appointment because the doctor was soon leaving for the day. Not only did the woman repeat when my appointment was,over the phone several times, but she also took down my insurance information. If the patient broke an appointment on such notice, we would be charged, so how is it fair that the patient can be inconvenienced and not get any form of payment??? So my having to get my infant a babysitter and to be told this once I walked through the door is ridiculous. Was asked if I wanted to reschedule, I laughed saying I will not return, I am definitely go elsewhere now. Terrible way to run a business I'm never returning and I suggest you don't bother either.

Doctors are very nice, but I ordered my sons glasses made sure they updated my phone number and they never did. My son has autism and had so much anxiety going to school without his glasses just to find out they where already done. I just didn’t get a phone call because they didn’t update my phone number. Very disappointed!

I work out of town and their hours make it difficult for me to even pick up my contact lenses because they don't have any weekend hours and are only open till 6:30 pm a couple nights a week. If you work locally they would probably be just fine.
