Doctor is good, but I will never buy glasses from them again. Ordered four pair of reading glasses, two copies each of two different frame styles. When told it would be $900 for the glasses, I figured not too bad for four pair. But when I arrived to pick the glasses up, I was told that I ordered one of each frame, and that it would be another $900 for two more. In other words, the original salesperson just flat-out lied to me. So I just paid $450 a pop for reading glasses. Won't make that mistake again.

I saw Dr. Kelly after several years of multiple exams with numerous providers, new prescriptions and new glasses - none of which seemed to improve my increasing vision issues. Dr. Kelly was efficient, friendly, and very empathetic to my growing frustration with poor vision, and recommended changes to my prescription (less strong rather than more strong) that have radically improved my vision. It will never be perfect due to early cataracts (which he also was the first to diagnose) but it it is certainly a vast improvement to what it was. The entire office was was helpful and professional - I highly recommend their practice!

This place is great. My family and I were visiting from New Jersey for our annual vacation trip. On the first morning, I realized I did not pack enough contacts for the trip and got really nervous. I went to multiple eye doctors who said they could not get the contacts in time. Finally, I called this place and they said that if me doctor faxed my prescription, they might be able to help. When my doctor finally faxed my prescription, they helped me right away and got me what I needed quickly. The person who helped me was named Mary and was excellent. They were more helpful the my eye doctor. They helped me tremendously.

After my exam with Dr. Collins, which is always with competent care, I saw someone at the eyeglass canter for repairs to my sunglasses. She was very helpful. It was a pleasure working with her. A few days later I returned, as one of the arms on my regular glass had broken. Again. Excellent, caring care from the other woman at the center. Excellent!
