Great Doctor but his Billing Department has no Manners. This is the person and Company that takes care of Billing for dr. Alexander Calenta. I contacted Mr. Jim Cross /Owner on Wednesday 5/31/2017 at 10:25 AM. of Accurate Billing Solutions, LLC. regarding a bill that I have received from a Doctors office Dr. Alexander Calenda. Mr. Jim Cross told me that he had no idea about the specifics to the bill amount of $370.00 and that I would have to call Dr Alexander Calenda to find out. While I was talking to Mr. Mr. Jim Cross, my speed dial from my other line beeped letting me know that I had connections with Dr. Alexander Calenda and I asked Mr. Jim Cross to please hold on for a couple minutes and i will find out about the bill like he had ask me and Jim Cross said okay. After 1.3 minutes I return back to Jim Cross to let him know about the results from Dr. Calenda secretary and Jim cross was offset screamed and hang up the telephone. I called Mr. Jim Cross back and I told him how unprofessional he was handling the conversation like a mad child. Also to let him know that he just started his company couple years ago and that his professionalism in doing Business is very poor.

The staff and Dr. are excellent. Stressed and in pain and Dr. Calenda and staff made it easy peasy. I highy recommend this office. Great people.
