TERRIBLE SELECTION OF GLASSES. BARELY HAD ANY BRANDS POOR SELECTION. OVERPRICED BRANDS I NEVER HEARD OF FOR $200. NO Prada, NO GUCCI, NO HUGO, NO BURBERRY, NO KENNETH COLE, they did have Ray Ban.
Anyway I showed up at my appointment Michelle told me that I saw another doctor and that I would have to pay out of pocket. Which I never saw an eye doctor my wife did. Then Michelle told me she spoke to my wife and she told my wife that she needed to get my authorization released. Then Michelle's story changed again now she said that she spoke to me and told me that I needed to have my authorization released. I said I was called and asked to confirm my appointment after my wife cancelled her appointment. Which I did confirm my appointment. I was sent to 2 text messages reminding me of my appointment. I received a phone call to confirm my appointment. No mention that I needed to get my authorization released. Michelle's story changed multiple times throughout the encounter. The best customer treatment was when she told me I was lying that she spoke to my wife and she remembered speaking with her last week. Michelle was so sure that she spoke to my wife she said she remembered the conversation. Office manager Gloria came out and Michelle said she spoke to my wife & then she read her notes in the computer and the computer says spoke to patient! This is where it gets funny Michelle's story changes again that's right she insisted she spoke to me and she told me it. She remembered now! REALLY? INSTEAD OF JUST APOLOGIZING AND SAYING SHE MADE A MISTAKE SHE KEPT RIGHT ON INSISTING SHE I SPOKE TO ME. She kept right on arguing with me saying that she spoke to me and that I should have known. Michelle & Gloria were very rude and snobbish trying to make me feel as though I was the one that made the mistake. In the end they looked rude and like jerks to waiting room of patients. When it was finally blatantly obvious that they were the ones that made the mistake and realized I was only standing there typing a review they gave me a terrible apology. Thanks for wasting time better yet thanks for being yourselves. You showed me why I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH PREMIER EYE EVER AGAIN! MY WIFE WENT TO VISIONWORKS HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE GO THERE 4X THE SELECTION OF GLASSES.
