Dr Erlichman is a fantastic doctor that takes the time to do everything she can to make sure you have healthy eyes and the right prescription so you can have the best vision. She has the latest equipment in order to diagnose any problems occurring in your eyes. My family has been going to her since 1992 and I would recommend her 100%. She also has a very nice staff that do everything they can to accommodate the patient,

Some of the staff lack personality, but once you break through their shells they're nice. They are generally on time, but with three doctors there, they push through a ton of people. My doctor wasn't very good at explaining things the first visit--I'll attribute that to bad weather and everyone wanting to get home. My second visit he was much better at addressing my inquisitiveness. Both exams were VERY thorough--much better than I received in State College. Today a staffer de-escalated a situation by quieting a child who was restless. The parent stated the child was Autistic and never goes to stranger and is scared of people. Certainly, the child couldn't help it, but the elderly patients were visibly agitated. Her ability to comfort the child, and make the waiting room peaceful was amazing. They even got the mother and child into an exam room quickly, which seemed to further comfort the child. After seeing the staffer in action, I gained a new appreciation for the facility. My first visit would have received a one star!
