I have been a patient of Dr. Gary Brotherson for many years. All the members of my immediate family are also his patients. Dr. Brotherson is extremely knowledgeable and explains things in an easy to understand manner. His office is well-run, mostly very efficiently. His staff is very helpful. The office is very pleasant, decorated nicely and comfortable. I have used the optical part of the practice to get contact lenses and it was very easy and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend Niagara Eye Associates.

On Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday I was experiencing bright flashes and occasional floaters in my right eye for a very brief amount of time. I had not experienced this sensation before and I was worried. On Monday morning I went to Dr. Brotherson 's office without an appointment and I explained my experience to Dr. Brotherson's staff and they said they could see me at 11:00 AM the same day. I was very much relieved. I showed up for my appointment and his staff took me through a series of tests and Dr. Brotherson examined my eyes and gave me a clear bill of health explaining what was going on with my eye is related to the aging process which we all go through. He said " he would like to see me in 3 months to check everything out". The Doctor and his staff were very courteous, efficient and professional and provided a very relaxing office visit.

Visited Dr Brotherson's office for a second opinion.From the beginning all of the staff were extremely cordial and knowledgeable.Explanations were clear and concise. Not only did I get my second opinion.Dr Brotherson stated emphatically that I didn't need surgery, but after he recommended changes in my prescription and made a few changes in the line of site on my lenses, I was able to read easily again with no other treatment required.He and his staff were very reassuring.Even the optician who fitted my new lenses was very knowledgeable and caring. I would have no Reservations about taking any further care from Dr Brotherson's and his staff in the future.

Unbelievably rude staff in optical. Came into to get a nose piece replaced and a lense tightened and the girl that took my glasses scratched one lens up so badly I couldn’t wear my glasses anymore. I had to go spend $450 at EyeGlass world and get same day glasses made because I can’t drive without them. Then I came into Niagara later that week to get my replacement lenses and the office Manager was extremely rude and said they “replaced my lenses multiple times”. They replaced them one time before because they shattered when she tried to put them in and had to order tri-vex because she said the frame required them. Maybe heating them up or tightening the fish string caused this to happen to my lense but no one will admit fault so they blame the customer. The office manager told me “I was dispensed” after being extremely rude to me. Shouldn’t hire your sister in law to be the office manager. She thinks she can do whatever the hell she wants.

Niagara eye associates is a wonderful place to go when you need help with one of your most important parts of your body. All of the staff is courteous, helpful and friendly. The doctor is so knowledgeable and takes time to explain things to you so you understand it. He only recommends treatment when you need it and does not complicate your choices. Was experiencing an issue with my vision that could not be solved by my Optometrist I have been seeing for the past 12 years. I felt that I needed another opinion and wanted to go up a level beyond my regular Optometrists knowledge base. I thoroughly searched online and asked friends whom they would suggest. Finally after reading reviews, and looking at affiliations with health care organizations, plus an overall good instinctual feeling, I made an appointment at Niagara Eye Associates. I asked for soonest available with any one of the three doctors there, and was assured by reception that all three were highly experienced professionals and would be in very good hands with any of them. My first appointment was with Dr. Fatica, and left the appointment with the feeling I definitely came to the right place, excellent physician, staff, and will undoubtedly make this my permanent eye care facility now. My long time Optometrist did a great job, but when my particular issue with vision began, she just didn't have the knowledge to give me any answers, and was unable to give me a diagnosis. Hence stepping up to an Opthamologist. I had a diagnosis and questions were answered within minutes of Dr Fatica's examination, and found it is something fairly common, not unusual. My eyesight is something I am extremely attuned to and being a diabetic for 12 years now I won't take chances with. I highly recommend Niagara Eye Associates, 5 stars here. !!!
