Bland service, office staff is dry, don't expect enthusiastic customer service here..the eye doctors are fine however the office team seems to need some training on cracking a smile and using a friendly tone with clients and keeping professional under miscommunication situations between staff. Today one employee said "welcome to hell" after receiving a confusing response from another staff member. Totally unprofessional to do in front of clients you are serving and I won't go back there. This was maybe my 8th visit here between me and my child and the other visits were mediocre too. It's worth trying a new practice to see if they have it together more and provide a friendly outgoing staff.
