I met with Dr. Kenney. Overall, I was pleased. They are very busy so waiting is expected. I would be worried if it was empty and no wait.

Worst service ever. Called to setup my appointment since my eye dr. already sent the paperwork to them and they don't even bother to lookup the paperwork and setup my appt with appropriate doctor.

Arrived at 12:40 for a 12:50 appt, was told I was the first patient for that doctor for the afternoon. At 1:30, finally got called back, spent 15 minutes with a not-so-nice nurse and then put in a room to wait for the doctor. Waited until 2:45 before giving up and leaving. Never saw the doctor and I was to be her first patient after lunch! Lesson learned - listen to the reviews online. It took me $40.00 and w hours to learn that lesson...

Nice enough staff. The Doctor was great, but I am not waiting this long for anyone. It is disrespectful that they truly must believe that their time is more valuable than the patients.

This is a busy office, so the wait to be seen can be lengthy sometimes. My suggestion, arrive at least 15 minutes early every time. I noticed a great difference when I did. I was seeing Dr. Shah for an eye injury. He was very informative and helpful with the entire experience. I was often worried about how my injury would heal and he always kept me aware of what to expect and what to do. Though I have some permanent damage from my injury, my treatment was effective and I am happy overall with how everything turned out. The rest staff is great as well. Thank you Dr. Shah and staff for helping me through a scary, but smooth, easy and effective healing process!

I should of been concerned when I was on hold for 20 minutes just to schedule my appointment! When I arrived for my 1:45 appointment, I wasn’t seen until 2:30 and felt rushed the entire time at that facility.

Very nice place with very polite staff. I have no complaints, they solved all of my vision problems and my tear duct problems. I had no tear ducts and they helped me get them back.
