Can't get an appointment with an ophthalmologist past 4pm? Your office hours are ridiculous especially for those needing to go back to work after dilation. So,sad that,Drs Hirsch and Poole are gone.

The doctors are awesome, wait time is not too long, they spend a lot of time with you instead of cycling through patients, and they were able to fit me back into contacts this year after a few years of ill fitting options. I only gave 3 stars because they won’t email glasses prescriptions, and they charge beaucoup bucks for a contact lens prescription. They charge significantly higher for contacts vs my insurance recommended provider. But if I try to go to an online contact lens provider, the cost of the scrip makes it cost prohibitive. I can’t afford to buy contacts for every day due to their scrip upcharge, I can only wear a few days a week, sadly. . It would be awesome if they actually gave a discount for buying contacts through them and a loyalty benefit instead of a patient penalty. Otherwise, 5 stars.

After seeing 5 eye doctors that treated me like a number and wouldn't give me more than 30 seconds of their time to help explain my deteriorating vision issues, I found Eye Associates of Bucks County. The doctor thoroughly explained my situation and made me truly feel like he cared. This was the best experience I ever had and I will not longer be searching for another eye doctor. Every other eye doctor I have been to seemed to have one mission, sell me new glasses. Eye Associates Of Bucks County didn't even bring it up. I can't say how pleased I am to have found them. This is the place to go!

Honestly the staff is so friendly and sweet I almost feel bad giving a bad review. There are truly so many things I’d rather be doing then sitting in the waiting room of an eye doctors on a Friday. I waited 50 min past my appointment time and then another 25 min ( and counting ) in the room waiting for the doctor. My time is valuable and this is absolutely not acceptable.

The staff was horrible. I was there for an appointment and as soon as I walked in the door I was told I didn't have supplement insurance which I did. I was told to call them and see why it was discontinued and at the same time this person told my wife (who just got a coffee) to go in the car and drink it like she was her child. We were a little caught off guard but followed her instructions. Out of curiosity I went outside to call my insurance but was on hold, I went back inside to ask a question and was told that I was not allowed to be on the phone. It was at that point we decided this was not the place to support with my hard earned money. I received a call 30 minutes later telling me I missed my appointment and when I told the person why we left she started to argue with me. Never will I go to this place again.

Called as a new patient for an emergency visit due to a painful corneal abrasion. Was told at first that they only have one doctor and see emergencies depending on what it was. She put me on hold. Came back and told me if I was using drops. Puts me on hold again. Then says the tech said that I could be seen and appointment was scheduled. Then I was asked about secondary insurance and was told they don't accept it. I explained it's not an issue that I would pay the 20% because not many take my secondary and so usually they have me pay. The receptionist automatically claimed that, "that's illegal". She then told me I couldn't be seen. I explained that it's not illegal and that many doctors offices just charge me the 20%. She claimed that they can't do that and that how could someone on my secondary insurance pay 20%. (You know because ppl like me cant have care credit or relatives that help). Pretty bold assumption. She then canceled my appointment and cared less if I go blind. Thankfully, I found a doctor a bit of a drive away that could see me. Shame on you for leaving a person with serious medical issues in pain. Please learn nicer customer service skills , don't assume things, be more confident at your job, and learn real laws. Thanks so much.

I have been coming her for close to 10 years, hold the doctors and all the staff in the highest regards. Highly recommend.

Dr. Reis is wonderful. Office staff is efficient and friendly. Waited no longer than ten minutes before being taken back to exam room. And I needed a pre-authorization for medication, and it was a breeze. Nice to not have to go through the drama of me having to get involved.

They examined my mother and said she needed cataract surgery My mom went for a second opinion and the doctor said that she does not need the surgery The doctor at this place should have there license suspended.

Michele Fischer

Dr Pendse performed cataract surgery on both my eyes. He was very attentive to all follow up care and my many questions. Whenever an out of the ordinary problem arose, he would be sure to see me in an expeditious manner. The staff is thorough and caring. Would definitely recommend.
