REVIEWS OF Dailey Harvey Eye Associates IN Pennsylvania

Timothy Strine

Good experience will all of the staff. They fit my young daughter in right away when she injured her eye. They have been kind and professional during every visit.

Staff is rude. It seems as if I'm bothering them when I call and ask for help or when I walk into the office. Dr's are good, but staff are unfriendly and unwelcoming. Switching practices because I've finally had it with the attitude.

Wendy Shoop

I’m not sure why the other reviews say the staff is awful??? They have Always been very courteous and friendly to me. In fact, they have gone out of their way to try and schedule an appt for me with another specialist. I agree that the doctors are great.

Mary Miculita

Been my Doctor for years. Started with his father. My husband got me going to him. Best eye doctor around

Scott

This office has been incredible. I’ve had countless things go on with my eyes recently, and Dr. Holt and his staff have been on it. Hats off to these guys and gals here at DH. Thanks again for all of your help and courtesy!

Blue Dog

Top notch ophthalmologist!

Agree with the other two reviews. Fabulous doctors, wretched staff. The front desk personnel are odious. Hopefully the doctors care enough about their patients to replace the front desk staff.

Andrew Matusheski

I recommend this place. I previously was going to visionworks, which they weren’t the best, but discovered this place. I was having lots of issues with my contacts and Dr. Holt provided me a solution that helped me out a lot. My vision important to me because I work on computers all day, so these guys helped me out a lot!

Kristian Chronister

I'm giving 2 rather than one because they seem to be good docs, once you get past the horrific desk staff. I was always happy with my actual care there, felt the docs were thorough, spent time, explained things well. But getting from the front door into the exam room is what others here have said: they act like you're a nuisance. They can't even be bothered enough to be 'rude' it's more just acting like you're an afterthought / interference in their day. Ladies: spending 15 minutes chit-chatting with your colleagues before you can be bothered to slide the window open and say "(sigh)... next?" does not leave a good impression. And heaven forfend you have any insurance issues (and who doesn't at times)! Then you get a heapin' helpin' of "FU, pay us!" Like others have said, despite the fact I'd been a patient for YEARS, they just didn't give a flying hoot. Although they DID take my plan and my procedure WAS covered, it was still "Sorry (smirk), pay us and take it up with your insurance."

Brother Dave

Not worth what they charged. I was not impressed.

I am a regular customer called for an emergency appointment and they were unwilling to get me in for 3 weeks. I will be going somewhere else.

Nathan Reutlinger

Absolutely awful staff particularly the billing department. I went in for my annual eye exam which is fully covered under my insurance. I get a bill and find out they coded it as a “diagnosis” visit, not a regular exam! When my insurance called them the lady in the office said they were right and that due to a “medical condition” it was a diagnostic appointment. Mind you they never told me this at all during my appointment. Had I known this I would have canceled the appointment . They are sneaky and deceptive.
