I cannot thank Dr. Kaplan enough. I was forced to wear RGP lenses since about 2013. RGP lenses are the worst because of irritation and dry eye. I went to three different doctors complaining of issues due to RGP lenses. Only Dr. Kaplan recommended Scleral lenses, which have been around since 2008. The results are amazing. No dry eye, perfect vision, no irritation on windy days, no more re-wetting drops. Perfect fit the first time. It's a life-changer. Thank you Dr. Kaplan.

Very disappointed with my care at this office. Went for a cataract evaluation, and was clearly not given all of my options for cataract surgery. My inquiries were quickly dismissed. I had my surgery at Wills Eye in Plymouth Meeting and received the advanced technology for cataract surgery.

I had a thorough eye exam and new lenses put in my existing frames,the lenses were made perfect, BUT I was disappointed that they still had to make the lenses after they called to say that they were ready and having to wait an hour+ for them to be finished.The prices are ok but after they called me to say that the lenses are ready,I still had to wait an hour and a half for them to get finished, and issues with insurance tied me up at the office plus the waiting time is anywhere from 20 minutes to 40 minutes after your appointment time and another 20+ minutes in the room before the doctor sees you and rarely introduces himself, unfortunately I will not be returning for eye exam and glasses,I will continue to see the opthalmologist there(Dr Cohen)

At another practice location your doctor's bio states she "was nominated for the Jefferson Faculty Association Resident Award as well as the Philadelphia County Medical Society Award for Humaneness in Medicine." Your website clearly states your doctor won both awards. You might want to reconsider the doctor's awards listed. Many people get nominations, doesn't allow them to claim the award. I am giving your office a 5 star rating because this is not in reference to medical practice.

My family has been going to the eye doctors for years and we cannot say enough great things about Armstrong George Cohen and Will. We feel like family! We were just in for my Mother’s annual eye exam and she found out her vision changed. We went over to the Optical Shop and we found the perfect pair of glasses for her. Angie in Optical was very friendly, helpful and patient while my Mom took her time deciding. We loved our experience with Angie so much we purchased two pairs of glasses. We were very happy (as always) with our experience.

AWFUL, POOR customer service. They forgot to give me my glasses prescription during my appointment, so I paid $100 for the appointment to be able to purchase glasses before the last day of my benefit plan but unfortunately they were closing early for their Christmas party and the lady said sorry we're leaving I can't help you. So I lost out on purchasing glasses through my plan and I'm out the money for the appointment. Would never go back to this office.

It's bad enough to deal with rude staff. To spend an hour wait to have the doctor spend maybe 5 minutes with you is deplorable. Walked out of the room while I was asking a question. Just stared at the nurse in disbelief.

Dr. Anam Qureshi rightfully worked for and earned this award. I was there and I know Dr. Qureshi who deserved this award. Below is taken from our award ceremony on Wednesday, June 1, 2011. To the senior who has displayed outstanding aptitude and excellence in ophthalmology. ANAM QURESHI Follow up: I am surprised by your practice response. I respectfully didn’t mention your doctor’s name. I can assure you that she didn’t receive the one and only ophthalmology award at Thomas Jefferson University. This was awarded to Dr Anam Qureshi.

Just completed my yearly exam here. I got one of the first appointments in the morning so everything went fairly smoothly. It can get very busy here. Everyone that works here is very kind and caring. They really take their jobs seriously and are professionals. Dr. Malara is so nice and down to earth. There's been a few occasions that I've had to schedule a last minute appt due to a Uveitis flareup and they have always been accommodating.
