My Optometrist highly recommended Dr. Bausch to me because of my cataracts. I'm thankful to God that I listened to him and went to Dr. Bausch. He is a totally competent Dr. and he has taken excellent care of my cataracts. Plus, he is a very warm, friendly, genuine, pleasant, and caring Dr. and human being. And his staff is wonderful too. Professional, competent, courteous, friendly, helpful, and totally efficient. Just a fantastic office, Doctor and staff, all around!!! Dr. Bausch is the ONLY place I would have my eyes worked on. Had Cataract Surgery done in both eyes, recommended both my father and mother who also had cataract surgery. Years prior I found Dr. Bausch when I suffered an accident with my wife who was so happy surprised, and pleased, over reacted and a rose thorn scratched my eye. He is so professional and knowledgeable as long as I am in the area, there will be no other eye physician I would trust with my eye sight.

Dr. Bausch and his staff are nothing short of perfect. If you are looking for a no-fuss, transparent, professional and caring ophthalmologist, look no further. This office has cared for my eye condition like no other before. Dr. Bausch takes the time to understand and explain the condition and treatments. In case you need to be referred to other specialists, his office makes every effort to get you in as soon as possible. All the doctors at this practice care about your wellbeing. Scheduling appointments in case of an emergency have never been an issue and Dr.Bausch has actually stayed late to see me. After a recent eye problem, I was put on several eye drops. The office gave me a chart stating the time for each medication. Almost every practice in this country would stop there but not this office. I was shocked to receive a call at 8pm from one of the doctors (yes, the doctor himself and not a calling service) to remind me to take the medications in the order called out on the chart. He explained (again because he covered this in the visit) that taking the gels before the drops reduces the effectiveness so the gel should go last. If that is not caring, then I don’t know what else is. With a very long history of eye issues, I have seen ophthalmologist across several states and countries. I am yet to find a group that comes close to this level of professionalism and empathy. My advice, don’t look further. This team has you covered in every way possible! Every time you believe they have reached the pinnacle, they somehow get better.

I could not have asked for better results! My cataract surgery went smoothly, and because I chose mono vision, I no longer need glasses for any distance. Dr. Bausch and the office staff were knowledgeable and professional. Appointments were on schedule. Everything was thoroughly explained, and a variety of options were presented.

Several years ago I decided to switch from an optician to an ophthalmologist before I actually needed that level of expertise. He was highly recommended by a friend to whom I am thankful. I wanted to proactively establish a relationship with the doctor, and ensure that he would be more than capable of addressing my optical needs as I aged. As the years passed, my eyes did change, experienced medical challenges, and needed a higher level of skilled care. Without reservation, I continue to know he was and remains the best choice: very smart, competent, and experienced. Always in search of the latest tools and knowledge, he practices very contemporary techniques. He is a perfectionist, as he should be. Most importantly, I trust him.

I had cataract surgery by Dr. Bausch the beginning of the year. My daughters had been patients of his when they were young. I was afraid to have this done even though everyone said it was nothing, therefore I left it go until I was afraid I would lose my sight. The staff gave me an appointment asap and were very kind and helpful. I am glad I went to Dr. Bausch as he had to do my surgery the old fashioned way, and because he was an experienced surgeon, he knew how to do this. I also used their van service to get to my appointment the day after my surgery. Therefore I would recommend Dr. Bausch's eye care as one of the best in the LV.
